NEGOTIATING
My days as a servant of the concubine began again.
“Princess..do you want to bring a snack to accompany you to read a book?” I asked when I saw Calista focus on the book in his hand
“No.. How was your lesson?”
“ah, ii it's good.” Calista closed his book and stared intently at me ‘why I feel like a suspected’
“You lied? Read this for me.” command ‘why Calista like this looks stronger than usual’
“Princess forgive me, I cannot study alone without a guru”
Calista smile “Prepare me to be your teacher”. ‘why BP teacher's aura is in him now!’
Calista taught me how to write and read in the places I used to study. If my previous story described Calista as a gentle person and her speech was subtle, you would not have expected that this person who was teaching me was the same person. Calista was pretty hard at teaching me, she really was like a killer teacher who taught her students a lesson.
“See brother instead of this servant who ran away?” suddenly two demons along with his minions came.
“Are you seriously teaching this waiter to read and write? You knew it would be a useless” syndirian coming out of Maura's mouth
Calista changed her nature to her usual self, a timid daughter, and preferred not to respond to her. ‘it looks like I'm serving a daughter with bipolar disorder.’
“Not your business!” I helped Calista answer
“You! This servant is very brash princess” the waiter beside him does not accept.
“I wonder if a suspect who escaped from prison lost his mind and forgot who his master was.” Vera's mistress who was not recognized as the queen mother spoke
“I did not forget my master, my lord yes princess Calista and you guys are nowhere to be seen in front of my eyes. Go then! You guys are interrupting my study time.”
“Business!” Maura floated her hand to slap me. ‘oh it was useless’. I caught his hand before it hit my cheek.
“Hana let's go back” looks like Calista doesn't like this commotion.
“You think you can just walk away after the humiliation you did!” my arm was held by concubine Vera
Of course I won't be held back so easily, if I throw my arm out I'll be free.
“What are you doing?!” the voice of a man stopped my intentions
Everything looked towards the sound source “Your Highness.”.
“Your Highness this servant is very presumptuous towards me and Suri” mother Maura asked for a defense
“Mother suri?” the Emperor smiled in disdain towards concubine Vera “There is no queen mother in this palace! She's just a concubine just like you!” The two demons fell silent after hearing the demon king's cry.
“And you.. Why are you wearing maid clothes? Did you forget your identity that I told you”
‘what is she serious about saying she wants to make me her concubine?’
“Hmm, because there are no other clothes other than this one in my room.”
“From now on you are banned from wearing maid clothes! And move to guest room!” the emperor's orders
“Your Majesty what does that mean? She is indeed a waitress.” Maura did not accept the emperor's word

I just obeyed his orders, not because I wanted to get my status right now. But seeing the faces of the two resentful demons made me follow him, ‘ really is an entertainment’. Calista just kept quiet without any response, ‘seems like she will ask me a lot of questions later’
“Then how was my study time wasted?”
“You're learning?”
“Well I learned to read and write from princess Calista to be your companion, but they said that what I did was in vain!” my protest
The Emperor stared intently at them “If you still disturb my guests, I will not hesitate to see you guys destroyed!”
I smiled triumphantly, while their faces were pale with resentment that struck my heart and mind.
“You can learn all you want, I'll bring a teacher to teach you”

“Thank you Your Highness.We'll excuse you.” I pulled Calista back to her room.
Sure enough after arriving in the room and the door closed Calista thrust me with some questions.
“What exactly happened between you and the emperor?”
“You know if Your Majesty has said it, you will be in danger Hana.
“Thank you for your concern princess, I'll be fine. I am still confused by the decree of this emperor”
“Ha.” Calista sighed “Don't take any action that will harm you. You hear?”
“Good daughter I'll listen to you. I must also get an explanation from the emperor! He really drives me crazy!”

“Thank you” I said then changed the clothes I was wearing.
I face the mirror, ‘ah I prefer to wear my clothes yesterday. From on this luxury outfit’

The sound of knocking on the door made me turn around, Calista told me to stay in place.
“Let me alone, you are no longer my servant.”
Calista opened the door and I found the person I wanted to meet earlier.
“Are you crazy!!” I stared hard at him
“Hana, stop! Don't act like that in front of His Majesty.. Your Majesty forgive Hana.” Calista apologized for my visit.
“No problem, I know he will be like this” said the emperor casually
Calista just lowered his head “I want to speak with him” said the emperor asking for permission
“Yah of course! I want to talk to you too!”
“HANA!” furious Calista. ‘asinya in front of other concubines Calista can be like this, surely no one will underestimate him!’
I just kept quiet and followed the emperor walking behind him, Calista waiting inside his room. The emperor took me to a pond where I first met him in the palace.
“Tell me why you want to enter into palace”
“Your Majesty didn't you take me back to the palace?”
“I mean the first time you walked into palace”
“Hmm, I entered the competition and failed”
“Haa.. I mean do you have any other reason besides wanting to be a palace maid, close to Rey or anything else?”
“No” my word is short. Actually my main reason was the palace library, I had to find a way back to my home world.
“Then what do you mean do this all. Can't your Majesty fall in love with me?” disgusting questions came out of my mouth. I don't want to know love again after what happened and bring me into this world.
“I need you.” Speak briefly
“For what? If you mean for treatment, it seems like the palace healer is quite” I'm annoyed to remember the incident when entering the competition which turned out to be just a formality.
“Not only that, I need you to be my escort”
“Ha?”
“It looks like Zee has already told you about what happened inside this palace?” I nodded in response. “I need you to help me get rid of Maura”
“You mean piss him off? What makes Calista a concubine too because you need her?”
“No. I made Calista's daughter a concubine to protect her. And for this plan you can see for yourself that Calista can't fight Maura”
“Ha.. I understand, so you need me to piss Maura off and make a mistake?” Emperor nods ‘what unsatisfied he made me bait to catch criminals?’
“I'll grant whatever your request is in exchange”
“Your Majesty is serious?”
“Well I'm serious, as long as I can grant it and not harm me”

“I want to visit palace” library
“That's it?”
I nodded “yah, for now it's just that, an easy request isn't it?”
“Actually not just anyone can enter the palace library, but if that's your request, I will give you permission, you are allowed to enter the palace library.”
“Deal!!” I said it was nice to catch the palm of his hand a sign that negotiations had been successful.The emperor just kept staring at me, of course he would think I was a strange girl.
