Legend of the Heavenly God

Legend of the Heavenly God
Ch. 88 ~ Dragon Road Guard

"What is it? Speak clearly don't worry me unclear?" a sharp snatch Lan Lihua looked coldly at Tan Hao who was instead chuckling lightly.

"I just feel thirsty" Tan Hao said looking innocently at Lan Lihua.

"Based on a thick face, come like a demon and now say thirst. Cihh, vainly worry about her." An upset inner Lan Lihua.

"Find your own water! I'm too tired to fulfill your request" said Lan Lihua who was still feeling annoyed.

Tan Hao only shook his head lightly for a moment then took out two bags of water-filled skin stored in the dimensional ring.

"Do you want to?" goda Tan Hao thrusting the water bag.

Lan Lihua glanced slowly with a gulp.

"Now. I want to," said Lan Lihua immediately raised her hand intending to reach but without her guessing, Tan Hao actually avoided raising his hand.

"Find yourself dong!" tan Hao said mimicking Lan Lihua's style a moment ago.

Just making Lan Lihua pensively stupid, then stood up quickly. His face was reddened with annoyance. He left Tan Hao who unceasingly drank two bags of water together.

"What kind of a man is he! Letting a thirsty woman find her own drinking water? Basic men suck," muttered Lan Lihua while walking towards the dragon head statue.

Lan Lihua accidentally found a small lever on the back neck of the dragon head statue, but she did not realize it because she was still cursing annoyed at Tan Hao.

The small movement of his hand that unintentionally moved the small lever.

"Eh uh what is this! My water ah my water," exclaimed Tan Hao in surprise as the place he was sitting in shook lightly causing the water bag he was holding to sway making the water in it spill.

Lan Lihua herself was so shocked, she did not understand what was happening but right in front of her the originally flat floor moved down like an upside down door. He saw clearly there was a ladder down inside.

"eeh! Is this me?" said Lan Lihua innocently looking at Tan Hao while pointing at herself.

A few moments later the two looked at each other so seriously.

"Are you sure we're going down?" said Lan Lihua.

"Anyway we should check it out," Tan Hao replied firmly.

Tan Hao walked first to the front of the descending stairs, he only saw there was darkness. Then looked at Lan Lihua accompanied by a light nod, making Lan Lihua walk with stiff steps approaching Tan Hao to hold her hand.

With a definite step both of them down the stairs with so careful and alert. Lan Lihua who usually looked indifferent now felt fear in her heart.

Long enough they go down the stairs but no sign will reach the end, to make Tan Hao think that this staircase is a kind of underground passage that penetrates the other side where they were before.

"This dwindling air shows that this road has been so deep, but to this point there is no sign at all even light. I'd better use my god's eyes to see it clearly," the inner Tan Hao who had stopped stepping a moment before.

Tan Hao was surprised when his God Eyes could not be activated, however many times he tried but there was no result.

"How could this possibly happen? Nah! I have to find another way." he said inwardly feeling unable to believe what happened.

It made Tan Hao feel depressed, without waiting for more time he tried to find out using the book of 1000 lives in him.

Lan Lihua was calm even though her breathing was a little heavy due to the thinning air. The grip of his hand now he turned on Tan Hao's right arm.

A moment later, Tan Hao opened his eyes. The first reaction he showed was quite shocking.

"Sister Lan! Our goal here is for the heirloom that was in the upper room before, right?" tan Hao said as he held onto Lan Lihua's hand which was on his arm.

"So like you know something? Can I listen to you." replied Lan Lihua who immediately understood what Tan Hao said to her.

Tan Hao briefly explained that his strength was suppressed by something protecting the passageway, according to what he understood that this staircase was not what it seemed.

The eyes of the gods are not unusable but rather dysfunctional during certain breaks. It caused the seeing power that Tan Hao felt like a normal eye in general.

"It's like going up ... not going down like we thought! I'm afraid we'll find something unexpected here. So what do you think?" tan Hao said ending his brief explanation.

Not long after Tan Hao's words, Lan Lihua's body suddenly glowed but it was not her inner energy energy, it seemed to present itself without Lan Lihua's will.

"Sister?! What does this mean,-!" shouted Lan Lihua astonished at seeing herself.

Tan Hao was astonished at her making, this was the first time he had witnessed. Before Tan Hao could think and answer Lan Lihua's question, there was a buzzing sound.

"Jp ... What's your purpose here? This place is closed to humans and you?"

A moment later almost simultaneously with the appearance of the sound, the hallway with the descending stairs gave rise to so many small lights flying.

Without even thinking about it, Tan Hao and Lan Lihua knew that the light was a Fire Fire Fire Fire Fire Fire Fire. What makes both of them surprised is precisely a figure of a squirrel floating in front of the two with a standing pose like a human who folds his hands behind the waist.

The reddish-white squirrel with a long mustache and a thick white beard and eyebrows covering both eyes looked so unhappy. Despite being covered in his brows yet Tan Hao clearly saw his eyes gaze so intimidating.

"Sorry for our sassness, Mr Squirrel? Actually we just accidentally found the entrance of this place and we decided to check it out. We admit mistakes, forgive us."

Lan Lihua bowed half-heartedly saluting as well as apologizing while Tan Hao was still speechless without blinking.

"Squirrel? Like humans? Have an unreadable power? Ah ... Lest he .. ." cried Tan Hao inwardly after a while before clearly seeing the figure of the Squirrel before him.

"I Songshu Hong known as the Eternal Hermit never once disturbed the existence of humans, then you entered the place that I have guarded for hundreds of years without permission? Your guts are so big, apparently,"

Songshu Hong floated closer to Tan Hao who was still speechless without moving. His gaze was so sharp directed at Tan Hao.

"Have you noticed?" he said after getting close enough to Tan Hao.

"Yes ... This place is not in the Earth Realm but also not in the Upper Realm. To be honest I couldn't understand even though I knew." replied Tan Hao quickly who also returned the gaze fixed on him.

"Ah haha ... I'm amazed you can find out. Let me tell you if this place is known as the Dragon Path." Songshu Hong said with a forced laugh.

He stopped his words while he observed Tan Hao more closely.

"Is this interesting? Even within him were two divine heirlooms and had dragon blood. Who exactly is he?" inner Songshu Hong before continuing her words.

Lan Lihua approached Tan Hao and then held onto his arm. His reaction was so complicated that no words came out of his mouth.
