Irfan got out of his car and he saw Siska who had just got off the taxi, Irfan chose to approach Siska.
"Siska, you must want to see Aliyaa. Let's be together because Om doesn't know where the room is."
Siska just nodded her head like Siska who was always cheerful when she spoke.
"Siska you're okay, right,? you must be having a big problem."
Irfan held Siska's hand, Siska who was walking suddenly fell silent.
"I have a big problem, it's about my future too. I made a dirty mistake that I wouldn't be able to clean once I was so lowly."
Irfan let go of his hand and Siska walked towards Aliyaa's room.
Irfan just followed Siska until finally they both arrived at the door of Aliyaa's room.
Siska knocks on the door and Doctor Nadia opens her, Siska's arrival along with Irfan makes Doctor Nadia feel safe so that Aliyaa does not suspect their relationship.
"Siska and Om Irfan, I'm so glad you two could come here together."
Irfan immediately approached Aliyaa and gave fruits to Aliyaa.
"Rapidly get well, Aliyaaaa, you are a strong woman."
Aliya smiled sweetly to Irfan who had given her spirit.
"Thank you so much Irfan for his encouraging words, I'll try to keep the spirit going."
Doctor Nadia saw the arrival of Irfan and Aliya who were so very close.
Aliya notices Siska who is just silent, Aliyaa feels something happened with Siska but Siska is not possible to tell a story with Aliyaa because there are Doctors Nadia and Om Irfan.

Aliya kept pretending like she was typing so that Siska and Doctor Nadia did not suspect her.
Not long after Irfan's phone shook and he immediately read a message from Aliyaa.
Seeing Om Irfan who has read his message Aliyaa still plays his cellphone.
"Hmmmmm, Doctor Nadia. What if we had a little chat in the cafeteria there's something I want to talk to the doctor about. It's about a disease that I often feel every time my soy sauce finishes working."
Doctor Nadia felt something strange about Irfan's attitude to her, Irfan who had just arrived he immediately asked to leave the room.
Seeing Doctor Nadia who was like a confused person, Irfan immediately pulled Doctor Nadia's hand and they both finally came out of the room.
When he was outside, Irfan immediately apologized for his slightly rude behavior to Doctor Nadia.
Doctor Nadia only smiled faintly when Irfan apologized to her.
"Actually there's what's going on, it's like his previous planning."
Doctor Nadia glances her eyes at Irfan and makes Irfan finally admit if he was told by Aliyaa.
"Yes, I'm sorry, Aliyaa told me to leave the room because she felt something was going on with Siska."
The two of them walked to the Hospital cafeteria and sat facing each other.
Irfan feels very grateful to Aliyaa finally he can be alone with Doctor Nadia.
