Aliya tries to open her heart to another man, Doctor El-Rivan, although Miranda disagrees because it is too soon for Aliyaa to be with another man.
Aliya and Doctor El-Rivan get in the car, and Doctor El-Rivan asks what really happened.
"Why do we have to get out of that place,? it's not you who likes her so much."
Aliya was silent, she did not know what to answer to Doctor El-Rivan.
"Did you see Fabian there,? so you want to get out of that place."
Aliya shook her head many times.
"No, not Fabian but Irfan. I don't want Om Irfan to know if we're together often."
Doctor El-Rivan also felt confused why Aliyaa had to behave like that while the two of them were only friends.
"You don't have to be afraid, because we don't have a special relationship. If you're like this, it'll make the person you're avoiding think we're hiding something."
When Doctor El-Rivan wants a friendly relationship but Aliyaa wants more than that.
Aliya feels that Doctor El-Rivan can accept her flaws.

Doctor El-Rivan sees Aliyaa walking up to the door of his room.

Aliya also walked to her room, she felt that the holiday was so empty.
"I've blocked everything about Brother Fabian like what Mama said. But I also felt very anxious to know who he was now with whom."
Aliya also laid her body on the mattress she wanted to forget everything but she who could not do it.
"I had to adopt a child in an orphanage, but Siska said that she would give her child to me. But what if Siska's out that won't let her."
Aliya began to think by adopting baby children on the beach foster care, Aliyaa's mind began to expand everywhere.
