Miranda arrived at the hospital and saw Irfan and Doctor Nadia.
Miranda approached them both.
"Are you going to see Siska too,? we both got information from Aliyaa that Siska had given birth."
Miranda immediately fell silent, thinking what was really going on. Siska gave birth but Aliyaa fainted.
"No I'm not to see Siska, I came here for information that Aliyaa had fainted."
Miranda immediately went away and made Doctors Nadia and Irfan become confused.
"If Aliyaa fainted then how could Siska be in this hospital."
Doctors Nadia and Irfan went to Siska's room they looked for Siska's room which turned out to be a very luxurious room.
"Who paid for all this,? did Aliyaa pay for it. It's amazingly good Aliya."
They both went straight into the room and were so happy when Siska saw Doctor Nadia and Om Irfan coming.
They did not go directly to Siska but they approached the identical twins.
"Oh my God, it's so funny the two of them."
Doctor Nadia was holding one of the babies and so was Om Irfan.
"Welcome, dear, what an incredible struggle."
Siska smiled sweetly at the two of them.
"Siska are you alone here,? your mother isn't here?."
Doctor Nadia looked at the spacious room with the best facilities but Siska was alone.
"Mother she's trying to contact Dad, whether or not you're coming."
"It's okay that it's important your mother is there for you, hmmmm Siska how do you tell the story you can give birth in this Hospital and also Aliyaa who fainted?."
Siska was so shocked when she heard Aliyaa faint.
"Aliya fainted,? I was taken to this hospital by Aliyaa and she was also the one who contacted Rendy. I gave birth to Rendy and even Rendy gave her names to her two children."
Siska looks very worried about Aliyaa's condition.

"Can I go inside, I'm so worried about Aliyaa."
Hearing the voice of Irfan Aliyaa immediately shouted.
"Please enter Om Irfan."
Miranda finally opened the wide door so that Irfan could go inside to meet Siska.
