LOVE AFTER FORGETTING
Chapter 3 ADVICE FROM FRIENDS

Their talks broke down after restaurant services delivered Abby and Sarfa's order. The restaurant service put Abby and Sarfa's food on the table with great care in fear of spilling.

     Abby and Sarfa ate their lunch in silence. Honestly, Abby's feeling is really not okay and Sarfa can feel it. Sarfa becomes unwell, but Sarfa feels that she must advise her best friend before it is too late.

Abby could not enjoy her lunch with pleasure, her heart was sad because it did not meet Gracia at lunch plus Abby just listened to the words of her best friend.

     After finishing lunch Abby and her assistant returned to the office. Just like at lunch, Abby and Sarfa kept quiet and did not say a word. Abby was busy with her thoughts while Sarfa was busy thinking about how to resuscitate Abby. Sarfa tried to compose the words in her brain, a sentence neatly arranged in her mind. Sarfa wants Abby to open her eyes, even if she is used by her lover Gracia.

     Upon arrival at Sarfa's office, he did not go directly to his own office, but entered his boss's office.

"Fa, is there anything you want to say?" asked Abby after seeing her assistant come into her study.

"Bee, we need to talk seriously" Sarfa replied.

"About the kingdom or something?" Abby asked back. Abby wanted to know where Sarfa was talking about.

"It's about your relationship with Gracia" Sarfa said casually.

Without being told to enter Sarfa immediately entered and sat on the sofa in Abby's room.

Abby doesn't care about Sarfa's current attitude. Abby wants to listen to her best friend's views on her relationship with Gracia.

Abby sat on the sofa where Sarfa was sitting.

"Bee, earlier I was sorry if I was presumptuous. I'm sorry if I meddled too much with Gracia, I'm doing this because you're not just my boss but your best friend, too," sarfa said before she expressed her opinion about Gracia.

"Just go straight to the point, tell me what you really think of my girlfriend" Abby said.

"Bee how long have you been dating Gracia?" ask Sarfa.

"You know I've been dating Gracia for two years. Why are you asking me about this?" Abby was confused.

"Two years have you been with Gracia, ever widened in your heart if Gracia does not love you?" sarfa said, looking into Abby's eyes.

"What do you mean Fa? You know that I love Gracia so much!" reply Abby firmly.

"You do love her, but does Gracia love you as much as you love her?" sarfa.

"What exactly do you think of Gracia? tell me what you mean, "Abby replied.

"Have you noticed Gracia's attitude towards you for the past year? don't you realize Gracia has changed, not the Gracia you first met?" Sarfa immediately asked Abby a series of questions. And Abby could only fall silent, Abby could not answer Sarfa's question.

    Sarfa's question left Abby speechless, and Abby realized it. Abby realizes that her lover Gracia has now changed differently when they first become. Gracia used to set aside time for Abby in her busy life but now everything is inversely proportional. Gracia only calls Abby if she needs a transfer. But all Gracia's changes Abby didn't think of, as long as Abby doesn't betray her, that's enough.

   Abby is unable to answer Sarfa's questions, and Sarfa realizes that even Abby is aware of Gracia's changing attitude.

"When are you going to survive like this?" ask Sarfa again.

"I love her Fa!" abby said.

"Enough.I don't want to talk about this anymore. Don't you equate Gracia with that woman, they're different. Gracia can't possibly betray me!" reply Abby who began to dislike the words of Sarfa who always cornered her lover.

"But Bee I'm saying this for your own good. I just don't want you to get hurt like I used to," Sarfa still keeps reminding Abby even though Sarfa knows Abby is starting to feel uncomfortable.

"How many times do I have to tell you that I love Gracia?" abby said with a two-octave ride 

"Did Gracia love you too?" Sarfa asked again.

"He loves me, I'm sure of it" basal Abby confidently said.

"How do I make you realize that Gracia doesn't love you anymore? he's just using you" Sarfa said.

"Are you told by my mother to separate me from Gracia?" ask Abby full of prints.

"What do you mean?" Sarfa instead of giving an answer to Abby's question instead asked back.

"You know that my mother didn't approve of my relationship with Gracia, did you two conspire?" Abby asked as she squinted her two eyes.

"Don't be ridiculous.Your accusations are very unreasonable," Sarfa said with a small laugh.

"If you didn't conspire with my mama, why now do you not seem to like Gracia as much as my mama?" Abby asked Sarfa.

"I have my own reasons and I've told you that" Sarfa replied.

"You're not lying to me, Fa?" Abby now asked again while advancing half her body to be closer to Sarfa.

"Geez Bee, what I'm doing is purely because of my judgment not because it was told by your mama!" Jawa Safra with a firm tone. 

"Are you sure it wasn't because I told my mom?" Abby repeated the question.

"Ist...Sarfa hissed while raising one end of her lips.

    Seeing the attitude of Sarfa Abby believes that Sarfa is not conspiring with her mother to separate herself from her lover.

"I don't want to talk about this anymore. Let me take care of Gracia" Abby said, leaning her body against the back of her couch.

"Whatever, I warned you. I hope Gracia really loves you sincerely" Sarfa said in a hopeful tone of voice.

"Believe Gracia loves me as much as I love her" replied Abby who tried to convince her best friend.

"I hope that my assumptions about Gracia are wrong" Sarfa said. 

    After saying that sentence Sarfa got up from her seat wanting to immediately return to her study. 

"I went to my study first, my work is still piled up" Sarfa said, saying goodbye to Abby. And Abby went back to her big desk to continue checking the company's financial statements that had been delayed.
