James' eyes were rubbed with two pairs of eyes sitting not far from where he and Sheela were standing.

"Sheel we'll just go there!" James clasped his hand into Sheela's hand and swung his leg, stepping over to the table Daven and the others were at.

"Hi, you guys are here too? this is my wife Sheela!" James embraces Sheela's shoulders, to show that she can truly escape Alena's shadow.

"Hallo Miss Sheela! I'm Daven, this is my wife Alena and that's Andrew and Jenni's wife." Alena, Andrew and Jenni waved their hands at Sheela, with a smile rising on each other's lips, except Andrew of course. Andrew was friendly, but it was very difficult to smile at others, especially at the person he had just met

"Is your wife very beautiful Mr James?" chirps Jenni,

"You're sitting with us James! true Jenni said, if my sister and his wife, order food to their room."

James turned to his wife Sheela for an opinion, and the two of them landed their bodies in an empty chair after Sheela nodded her head.

Their dinner lasted full of happy laughter.Seems like a heartache that ever existed, has evaporated somewhere. James himself this evening was a normal attitude towards Alena, and instead showed more attention to Sheela, making Alena feel happy to see him.

"When are you going back to London, Sheela?" alena asked, who wanted to get more familiar with Sheela.

"We'll be back the day after tomorrow, because we've been here two days.The place here is all very beautiful, you don't miss it." Sheela said, while putting a piece of watermelon in her mouth.

"Yes, you take Jenni now!Papah's gonna call the hospital, get everything ready before you two get there. Papah and Mamah will soon follow." Charles immediately made a call to the hospital which was his family's hospital.

No less than 15 minutes, Andrew had arrived at the hospital and was immediately greeted by doctors and nurses in front, because he had been contacted by Charles first.

"Sick baby!" Jenni did not stop whimpering, making Andrew's eyes glaze over, and if possible, she wanted to replace Jenni to feel her pain.

"Patience, Honey! you must be strong! Just remember that we'll be meeting with our kids soon."Andrew clasped Jenni's hand tightly and kissed Jenni's forehead many times to encourage her.

Not long after, Hanna and Charles had followed by taking Jeslyn with them.

"Mr Andrew, it looks like we have to have Cesar's surgery to get both of your babies out, because the pressure on Miss Jenni is high.

"Just do what's best for my wife and two kids, Doc!" andrew said firmly.

The doctor then takes Jenni to the operating room followed by Andrew who is allowed to enter to encourage Jenni.

First the doctor gives an injection of anesthesia through the back. Doctors performed a regional anaesthetic technique that only caused numbness in the lower part of the body and Jenni was still conscious during the operation.

The doctor pinched Jenni's stomach, to determine if Jenni was still feeling pain or not. "Does the pain still feel Miss Jenni?" ask doctor.

"It doesn't feel anything, Doc!" sahut Jenni's.

"OK, then we'll have surgery, Miss Jenni, please relax and don't strain."

Andrew clasped Jenni's hand again, and pressed his lips closer to Jenni's. " I love you baby!" whisper it, then give a kiss on Jenni's forehead.

The doctor gave Jenni an incision in her abdomen horizontally and long enough. Five minutes later the doctor managed to remove the first baby, a male, accompanied by a very loud crying sound from the baby. The next minute the doctor again lifted out one more baby, which turned out to be the same sex as the first baby.

Not feeling tears Andrew dripped to see his two children who were still crying out.
