The same day in the town of J.

Zita wakes up early because she wants to wait for Nita to come out. Zita orders an ojek online to follow Nita. As Zita was standing at the window of her room, she saw Nita and Egi leaving the house and leaving. Zita went straight out of the room and happened to have her order arrive online.

"Sir, we follow the car in front yes but do not get caught" said Zita while riding on the motorbike and pointing towards Nita's car.

"Well, Ma'am" said the ojek sir while turning on his motorbike and then following Nita's car.

Nita stopped in front of her office and got out of the car, Zita also stopped and went into hiding. Then Zita follows Nita very carefully so as not to be caught by Nita. Nita walks into her office and Zita no longer follows Nita but she searches for the office cafeteria. Zita waits for Nita in the office cafeteria. Zita approached two employees who were waiting for orders.

"Excuse me Ma'am." Zita said to the two employees.

"Yes, Mother. What's up?" said one of the employees.

"I want to ask, what floor is Bu Nita's office on?" ask Zita.

"Oh, Miss Nita. The office is on the fifth floor, Ma'am." replied the same employee.

"What time is it, Mommy usually Nita out of her office?" ask Zita.

"Lacking the idea, Ma'am exactly what time but to my knowledge Ms. Nita if the lunch hour she always to the hospital where her husband works, if not wrong in hospital A." answer the other employee.

"Ooo... Thanks for the information."

"Sama-sama Mbak." said the two employees almost simultaneously.

After a few hours, Zita leaves the cafeteria and waits for Nita in front of her office, but is still in hiding. Zita sees Nita getting into her car about to leave. Zita stopped the taxi that happened to pass by.

"Sir, please follow the car in front of us but do not get caught if we follow it" said Zita to the taxi driver.

"Okay, ma'am" said the taxi driver.

Nita stopped in front of hospital A and headed straight to the room where Kayla was being treated. Zita is still following him. Zita saw from the door glass, Nita approached a woman who was about 50 years ago Zita saw a young woman lying in a coma.

"Who is that woman lying in a coma, is Nita's brother or who is he?" Zita wondered in her heart. Zita finds out, she goes to the nurse's room.

"The Sister." said Zita.

"Good afternoon. Anything we can help you with, ma'am?" said nurse jaga.

"CICU room no 2 is the patient on whose behalf is it, Sister?" ask Zita.

"Oh that... On behalf of Kayla Kevya." replied the nurse.

"Ooo... How long has she been in care, Sister?"

"For less than a month, ma'am" said the nurse.

"Ooo... Thank you, sister." said Zita then went to the boarding house where she stayed by using an online motorcycle taxi.

"Is that woman Kayla, Nita's best friend Kevin loves?" If that's true, how did Kevin get a message from Kayla while he was in a coma? Did Nita help him? But that was not possible because Kevin received the message from Kayla's mobile number and it was three days ago after Kayla was in a coma. So, who had already sent a message to Kevin at that time?" Zita spoke to herself because she felt so confused.

"I have to find out about this" Zita said in her heart.

Kayla's heart felt that something was going to happen to her body. Kayla sends a message to Nita in hiding to keep Kevin from seeing her.

"Ta, please take care of my mother and also please take care of my body yes because my heart feels something will happen to my body." Kayla said.

Nita hears the incoming message and picks up her phone from inside her bag. Nita sees a message coming in from Kayla then reads it and replies to it.

"Yes Kayla, I'm in the hospital with your mom. You just calm down. You be careful there."

"Yes Nita. Thank you." reply Kayla.

"Who wants Kayla dead? Did Zita want it? Is there anyone other than Zita expecting Kayla's death? Is Zita following me?"

So many questions came to Nita's mind. There was fear in his heart.

"I have to tell this to mom and Egi to be more vigilant in keeping Kayla" Nita said in her heart. Nita approaches Renna and tells her slowly so that Renna is not shocked to hear if anyone wants Kayla's death.

"Mom, from this day on we should pay more attention and take care of Kayla because Kayla told me that there are people who expect her death and she begged that I don't worry but rather pray for Kayla's safety." nita said, slowly.

"Kayla got what wrong to them so they expected Kayla's death? Why doesn't Kayla come home." Renna crying. Nita hugs Renna and tries to calm herself down.

"Mom must be strong and I must believe that God must help us as long as we believe and give everything to God" said Nita, slowly.

"Yes, nak Nita. I have to be strong for Kayla and I have to pray a lot for Kayla's safety. Help me pray for Kayla too" Renna said, crying again.

"Yes, Mom. I must have helped Mom. I want to call Egi first yes, ma'am let Egi also know about this."

"Yes, Nita." Renna stopped her crying and wiped her tears.

Nita calls Egi with her phone up to several times but there is no answer and Nita sends a message to Egi's phone.

"Honey, when you're done with work, come straight to Kayla's room because there's something important that I want to say about Kayla." then Nita sent her message.

"My phone wasn't picked up Egi, maybe he was doing surgery but I already sent him a message. I have to be strong." said Nita as she gently rubbed Renna's hand.

"Thank you, Nita" said Renna, holding Nita's hand.

"Together, Mom." Nita smiles.

In her dorm room, Zita keeps thinking hard about how to eliminate Kayla without having to leave a trace of her so that Kevin can be hers. Zita began to make plans.

"I had to keep looking for information about Kayla, information about the state of the hospital and information about how strict Kayla's supervision was. From tomorrow I have to go to the hospital often so that as soon as I can eliminate Kayla then I will eliminate Silvi." Zita talked to herself.
