They arrived at a five-star hotel not far from the hotel where Zita was staying. Leo immediately booked a room and escorted Zita's parents to his room. Leo was leaving.

"How are Zita's parents, where are they staying?" ask Nita.

"They were staying at hotel O, which is across from the hospital" Leo said.

When they arrived in front of Kayla's room, Renna arrived.

"Tante.." said Leo and smiled.

Renna replied with a smile. They went into Kayla's room.

Kevin was sitting next to Kayla's body and Kayla was lying on the sofa in the room.

"Hi Kevin, Kayla" said Nita as she walked over to Kayla. Renna also approaches Kayla and Leo approaches Kevin.

Kevin walked while carrying food and drinks delivered by the canteen mother to Renna and placed it on the table in front of Renna.

"Mom ate first because I haven't eaten at all this morning so I can keep Kayla healthy" Kevin said as he gave his food to Renna.

Leo approached them. Suddenly the door was knocked and opened, it turns out that Egi came.

"I felt that Zita was not far from this hospital. Maybe he was staying at one of the hotels across the street" Kayla said.

"What if we look for him? Kevin went to hotel O, where Zita's parents were staying, and I went to hotel D. Egi please take care of Kayla's body." Leo conveyed his plan.

Nita arrived at her house and went straight into her room. Nita took her laptop and began to continue the work of the office that had not been completed. I don't think time has shown ten o'clock. Suddenly Nita's phone rang and it turned out that the one who called was Egi.

"Hello Honey. Sorry, I'm preoccupied with finishing my office work for tomorrow's meeting. Yes, I went there immediately but I took a shower first." said Nita at the end of her phone while walking to the bathroom.

After everything is finished, Nita goes to the hospital but on the way there is an accident that causes the road to be completely jammed. Nita picks up her phone and calls Egi.

"Hello dear, there has been an accident on the T road that causes congestion. I probably got there a long time ago. All right, it's a pity to keep Kayla's body" Nita said, ending her phone call.

An hour and a half passed and Nita was able to continue her journey to the hospital. While at a red light, Nita calls Egi.

"Honey, the road is back to normal and soon I'll be there."

Egi who was sitting on the sofa answered Nita's phone.

"OKAY. Honey, I stayed with Kayla for a while because I was hungry. I'll be assigned a nurse to look after Kayla" Egi said, curbing her hunger.

"Oh yes, I forgot, sorry dear. All right, when it's over, go back and I'll try to get there quickly" Nita said, ending the conversation.

While at the hotel, Zita is ready to carry out her plans. Zita gets out of the hotel and goes to the hospital. Zita disguised herself as a nurse. Upon arrival at the hospital Zita went straight to Kayla's room, where Zita met Egi who just came out of Kayla's room.

"Susters..." Egi called Zita. Egi does not know Zita so he thinks that Zita is a nurse on duty.

"Yes, Doc." Zita approaches Egi.

"Please take care of the patient in ICU room number 2 on behalf of Kayla. Don't leave it out." said Egi.

"Well, Doc" said Zita, trying to calm down.

Zita enters Kayla's room and Kayla finds out that Zita is the one who entered.

"I finally found you, Kayla. You are my biggest barrier to getting Kevin, so you have to die" Zita said, smiling sarcastically.

Zita takes a knife from inside the pocket of her nurse uniform, then approaches Kayla's body.

"You must die Kayla" Zita said as she continued walking closer to Kayla.

Kayla sees that and she tries to scare Zita by all means but Zita keeps going.

"Zita, please don't do that. I don't want to hurt you. Zita, wake up. I beg you." said Kayla, sad.

Zita ignored Kayla's words, she continued to walk closer to Kayla's body. Zita raised her knife and was about to thrust it toward Kayla's heart.

"Death to you, Kayla" said Zita, thrusting her knife into Kayla's heart.

"Don't Zita." cried Kayla while trying to throw away the knife in Zita's hand but Kayla was only able to pull it away slowly so that Kayla's injured shoulder and her knife fell off.

Zita took the knife and was about to thrust it back towards Kayla's heart but suddenly with a very fast movement Silvi and the shaman came to take the knife from Zita's hand and Silvi was about to thrust it into the zita's direction however fails as Kayla moves so fast that the knife in Silvi's hand falls and Zita is pushed by Silvi which causes Zita's forehead to hit Kayla's bed and bleed. Zita fell unconscious.

"Zitta... Wake up." said Kayla, sad and crying.

Silvi's spirit approached Kayla's body as she was about to enter Kayla's body but the shaman forbade it.

"Silvi, don't you do that because the time has not come and let's leave this place because Kayla's best friend is heading here." the shaman ordered and left Kayla's room.

"Well, Mbah" Silvi said as she followed the shaman.

It turned out to be true what the shaman said, Nita arrived at Kayla's room and saw Zita unconscious with blood on her forehead. At that time Kayla was near Zita and only Kayla was there.
