Saying the Word Talak

Andika was so happy to hear that her brother had realized, she went straight to the hospital after returning from work.

"Assalamuala'ikum." Said Andika while opening the door of Arya's ward.

"Getishalight." Replied Arya who was sitting leaning on her bed.

"How's Brother doing? Brother is okay? Is anyone sick?" He asked in succession while sitting beside Arya.

"No. Brother is fine. Thank you Dika, you've helped Brother. I don't think you'll make it that day." Arya said sincerely.

"No need to thank you, brother. Is it not our duty to help each other?" Andika looked closely at the sister. Actually there is tucked sadness in his heart to see the state of Arya now but he does not want to show it in front of Arya.

"Andika, Big brother, leave the coffee shop and also the restaurant for a while to you."

"Yes, Brother. I'll take care of it later."

"All the data is on my laptop."

"Yes, Brother. Brother take it easy, Brother does not need to think about that first, what is important now Brother Ary must recover quickly. Um... Where's Rubby going?" Ask Andika who just realized that they were just the two of them.

"Rubby's out for a minute, buying a drink." Answer Arya.

After a week of hospital treatment, Arya was finally allowed to go home. The bandages in his eyes were already opened. Although there are some scars on her face, but for Rubby her husband is still handsome. Whatever happened to Arya, did not diminish Rubby's love for her.

Rubby was so happy to finally be able to live with her husband again. Andika and Rubby pick her up, while Mama Dewi waits at home.

"When we go to Bakti's house first." Said Arya who just got into the car.

"To Daddy's house? I thought we'd go straight home?" Andika asked back. Look at Arya and Rubby sitting in the passenger seat.

"Ep... No. gabe. There's something I want to say to Daddy and Mommy." Answer Arya.

"What do you want to say to Dad?" Rubby asked who was sitting next to Arya.

"You'll know later." Arya replied with a faint smile.

Along the way Rubby wrapped her arms around her husband and rested her head on his shoulder. It feels so comfortable. Next to her hand tightly grasped Arya's hand, as if afraid of being released. And Arya occasionally rubbed Rubby's head covered in hijab.

Andika who saw him behind the rearview mirror in her own smile.

"I'm sorry, Rubby. Maybe this is the last time we're in a position like this." Inner Aryan.

After a journey of about fifteen minutes they finally arrived. Bakti's father and Mother Maya were surprised to see the arrival of her son and daughter-in-law. Though later he and Bakti's father will visit Arya at his home.

"Why didn't you guys tell us we'd be here first?" Ask Mother Maya while putting drinks in front of her guests assisted by Rubby.

"Sister Arya said suddenly, Mother." Andika answered.

"But then Father and Mother will come to your house." Add Mother Maya.

"I'm sorry, Mommy actually has something Arya wants to tell Daddy and Mommy." Arya said, Rubby looked at her husband. What exactly is Arya saying? It seems like something serious. She took a seat next to Arya while Mother Maya sat next to her husband.

"What's Arya doing?" Bakti's father asked.

"Eh." Arya cleared her throat before speaking, trying to strengthen her heart.

"Dad, Mother. Now Arya's condition is like this, Arya can not see anymore. While still being able to see Arya was actually not able to keep Rubby well, especially now." Arya paused her speech.

The face full of questions is seen on the faces of Bakti's father, Maya Mother, Rubby and Andika. Where is Arya's speaking direction?

"Rubby Az Zahra, I'm freeing you from this marriage. I dropped my talaq on you. I'm giving you back to your parents."

The word was said from Arya's mouth in one breath. Rubby seemed to not believe what he just heard, before long clear circles were seen flowing on Rubby's face.

Bakti's father and Mother Maya stared at each other, while Andika stared in disbelief at her older brother.

Hasn't their relationship improved? Why is Arya turning on Rubby?

"Rubby, I'm sorry. As long as we're married, it's just sadness I give you. I hope, after we're separated, you'll find your happiness."

Rubby's throat was choked, he couldn't speak. Only a clear grain filled his net and soaked his face.

"Arya, why are you doing this?" Ask Bakti's father in a disappointed tone.

"I'm sorry that I let Dad and the others down. But this is the decision Arya has made. Arya doesn't want to make Rubby sad anymore." Arya answered, then got up from her seat.

"Andika, let's go home. Dad, Mommy, Rubby, Arya saying goodbye. Assalamuala'ikum."

"Getishalight." Replied Bakti's father and his wife, they looked at Arya's distant back.

Rubby seemed to have just realized, Arya was no longer in front of him.

"Mas Firaz's... Oh...!" Rubby yells and runs towards the door, but Arya's car is already away.

"Buck...!" Rubby's body on the floor, his heart breaking into pieces. It was unexpected that Arya would divorce him, so easily the man said the word talak.
