WHO'S WHO?

Time has been going slowly for the past two days. Yonas was still tapping his finger on the table, as the clock was pointing at five o'clock in the afternoon. Two hours from now, Olivia's engagement will probably start. Jonas suddenly hesitated whether he would come or be a coward who hid and wailed in silence.

The ringing of the mobile phone on the table instantly made the daydream of Yonas become scum. Mom Karin's name was clearly on the phone screen, making Yonas immediately pick up the phone.

"Mom" said Jonas lethargic.

"Why haven't you come home yet, Jonas? You still in the office?"

Yonas rushes out of his office and looks for a gift for Olivia for a bit. Getting engaged on her birthday, seems like Olivia's dream. But unfortunately it wasn't Yonas who was going to be Olivia's fiancee. Poor Yonas!

Yonas sighed once more before the man got out of the car. Olivia's engagement tonight was held at Arthur's large, sprawling residence. Guests have already started arriving, including Yonas and Mom Karin.

Jonas let his arm be grazed by Mom Karin to make himself feel stronger and stronger. There are no pictures of Olivia or Ezra at the entrance. Only the floral decorations seemed to fill the entrance as well as the front yard.

Oh, Yonas forgot!

It's an engagement and not a wedding. So where might there be pre-wedding photos of Olivia and Ezra?

"Mr Audrey's Night, Mr. Kyle!" Mom Karin's greeting to Olivia's parents who immediately make Yonas' daydreams become scum. Yonas insisted on smiling at Mama Audrey and Papa Kyle, though his lips suddenly felt stiff and Yonas had a hard time smiling.

"Night, Uncle, Aunty!" Replace Yinas who greets Mama Audrey and Papa Kyle.

"Night, Yonas! Thank you for coming to Olivia's birthday tonight" said Mama Audrey, smiling kindly at Yonas.

"Yonas won't miss Olivia's happy day, Aunty!"

"Olivia finally got a good man and he deserved it" said Yonas trying to be tough and wise.

"What are you talking about, Yonas?" Mom Karin's whisperings to the rebellious Yonas left Yonas confused.

"Talk about Olivia's birthday and engagement tonight, Mom!" Yonas replied which instantly made Mama Audrey and Papa Kyle frown in confusion.

"Who will get engaged, Jonas?you didn't read the invitation?" Asked Mama Audrey who was now changing to make Yonas confused.

"The invitation that Aunty and Uncle shared yesterday was, right?"

"That's an invitation to Olivia and Ezra's engagement, right?" Yonasbali asked and made sure but the pangs of Mama Audrey and Papa Kyle even made Yonas confused. Yonas immediately grabbed the invitation that Mom Karin had just taken out of the bag, then opened the silver-colored invitation in haste.

"Olivia Abraham Arthur's 26th birthday" Yonas murmured as he read the invitation. Yonas continued flipping through the invitation to further convince himself that it was only a birthday invitation and not an engagement invitation.

"Night, Om, Auntie!" A greeting from a familiar-sounding siara, immediately made the daydreams of Yonas become scum. Yonas stared at the man Yinas thought would be engaged to Olivia tonight. The man was standing near Yonas, pushing a wheelchair, and there was a woman sitting on him and smiling kindly.

"Night, Om, Auntie!" The woman in the wheelchair greeted Mama Audrey and Papa Kyle. Mama Audrey even made out with the woman and seemed familiar.

"Hi, Jonas!"

"We meet again!" Sapa Ezra who immediately patted the back of Yonas who still looked confused.

Who is this woman with Ezra?

Ezra's mistress boyfriend?

But why does she look so familiar with Mama Audrey?

Where is Olivia then?

"Hi too!" Yonas replied to Ezra's greeting awkwardly.

"Oh, yeah! Meet me, this is Joanna. My future wife," said Ezra next who immediately made Yonas turn his back in disbelief.

"Wife candidate?" Yonas muttered softly between shock and disbelief.

"It's blatant now," Mama Audrey's tease that instantly made Ezra blush a little. Unlike Joanna who just smiled thinly and seemed indifferent. But in fact, the grip of Joanna and Ezra's hand has shown strong feelings between them.

"Sorry, Aunty! But isn't Ezra Olivia's fiancee?" Yonas who could not bear to finally ask questions to Mama Audrey and arrange confused on Olivia's biological mother.

"We're not engaged!"

It wasn't Mama Audrey or Ezra who answered. But Olivia who had been standing behind Yonas since when.

Yonas turned his head and immediately scanned the appearance of Olivia who tonight looks graceful wearing a lilac color dress.

"Ezra and I are not engaged."Olivia repeated her statement which, of course, confused Yonas.

"Why not be?" Asked Yonas who only sounded like a mutter.

But it seems Olivia could hear the muttering of Yonas.

"Because I just realized that I've been in love and only loved one man all this time!"

"Only one man and I can never erase that feeling or even forget that man."

Flashback a few days earlier.....

Olivia makes her way to the ER after the girl receives a video call from Ethan about Ezra being in an accident. The girl almost hit Ethan who just came out of the ER room.

"Hi, have you come?" Sapa Ethan who immediately drove Olivia to go inside and met with Ezra who had finished getting help.

"You okay, Ezra?" Ask Olivia worried.

"Yes! Just a few blisters, "Ezra replied grimacingly and showing some wounds on his hands and feet to Olivia.

"I can go home, right? I haven't hugged Ruby since last night" whispered Ethan slightly to Olivia, who only snorted. Looks like Olivia's cousin just got a night shift so he can't overtime with Ruby.

How poor!

"Go home!" Answer Olivia, fierce. But just as Ethan was about to leave, Ezra suddenly called Olivia's cousin.

"Doctor Ethan!"

"Yes?"

"What's Jo's condition?" Ezra asked which even made Ethan frown in confusion.

"Jo?"

"Joanna was my girl friend, Doc!" Ezra goes into more detail and now replaces the frowning Olivia.

Joanna's? A chick?

Ethan said that Ezra was in an accident with a friend. But Ethan doesn't explain that Ezra's friend is a woman.

"Oh, he broke his right leg, and is now waiting for the surgery schedule. The rest is fine!" Ethan's light immediately made Ezra breathe a sigh of relief. In contrast to Olivia who is now staring fully in the direction of Ezra.

Ethan is ready and out of the room, when Olivia asks Ezra a serious question,

"Joanna who and why did you go with her so early in the morning, Ezra?"
