33 - Adaptability

"That's not wrong anymore... Third section chief, Aldine...!" Jesper smile.

Montoblis and the rest of Giblis turned their eyes toward Aldine, who was closing his eyes, and Montoblis cast some other magic toward Aldine.

"[Monstruo Demonio: Mitologia Formation I]" 

"F-Formation in d-hear... Be-prepare to summon the my-mythological creatures of birds that are a-existing." Monstruo began to speak in an embarrassed-sounding tone.

Aldine clasped tightly onto the handle of his katana and swung his katana forward so that the blade shone brightly and took out some mock mythological birds that formed black flames, all the birds managed to destroy the magic cast by Montoblis.

Aldine leapt up and stepped on a bird that darted towards Montoblis, all the Giblis began to act and attack all the birds that surrounded them all.

"GRAAGGGHHHH!!!" The Montoblis opened its mouth as big as possible to create a black flame and several small black balls around it that shot towards Aldine.

"[Monstruo Demonio: Assault Formation I]"

"F-Forms s-attacks ready to be carried out, sa-sa-one formations from Assault that will m-m-turn one a-swing into ju-ju-millions of slashes." Aldine's katana blade shone brightly and he swung his katana vertically forward.

All of Montoblis' magic instantly disintegrated with a single swing, some of the other Giblis began to grow wings and tried to attack Aldine, but Aldine could only smile until he approached them with a jump.

"... ...!" Aldine passed them all and confused some of the Giblis who attacked him, Aldine smiled cynically and swung his katana slowly until all the Giblis who attacked him turned into very small pieces of meat.

"H-Great...!" Majin himself was impressed to see it.

"There are still plenty of fateful demons like him..." Kizura was impressed to see it.

Aldine saw Montoblis swinging both of his claws towards him, but he managed to avoid it by flying upward using both of his wings. After that Aldine created three daggers using his left hand and threw the three daggers towards the top of the Motoblis head.

YUMMMM!!!

"The ability to create a dagger that has explosive magic within it, does a Vampire train it...?" Majin realized it because he had fought against the Vampires before.

"This is the last attack...!" 

Aldine lifted his katana up as he flew towards Montoblis and stepped on his brain as the top layer of Motoblis' head was already split apart by the blast dagger. There was no time wasted by Aldine as he directly swung his katana horizontally causing the Montoblis to split into small pieces of meat.

Aldine lands on the ground with bloodstains surrounding his body, the remains of the other Giblis Aldine instantly spends before they adapt and cleave off to create another army.

"... ..." Aldine approached Montoblis's intact heart and felt a Giblis within him, he immediately turned and approached Kizura while putting his katana back into his katana holster.

When the entirety of his katana blade went into the sheath, the heart behind Aldine turned into small pieces of meat that already had no use whatsoever.

Aldine smiled seeing Kizura with her colleagues who were impressed to see how she fought.

"Why are you guys surprised like that...? Don't you have to worry about the injuries you have?" Aldine threw a few bottles of potion at those who still survived.

After being bottled with the potion, they all recovered except for the demons who still fainted.

Karla looked at Aldine with a face that blushed as she had failed to become [Elder Section II], off guard due to the attack of the fully evolved Giblis.

The injuries Karla had were still visible to Aldine and it made her smile bitterly at the sight of her sister who was so badly injured, she said, if the chairman of the [Truce Order] alliance knew it then Karla would be immediately in law and be demoted from [Elder Section II].

"I failed again, brother... I can't be the head of the proper second section, if you don't help me then I'll just be a regular member." Karla started talking while rubbing her arms.

"Don't say that, have you forgotten what Brother just said...?"

"Hm... I-i know..."

"For now, I want to ask you a few questions." Aldine turned his gaze to Kizura who was observing Montoblis's ruined heart.

"Shimatsu Kizura, the demon representative of sin [Wrath]. It's a great honor to meet you." Aldine smiles.

"No need to be formal like this. What wilt-you...? By the way I want to thank you for saving me with my other colleagues." Kizura starts to stare at Yusa, Kyra, and Alisha who are still unconscious.

"Are you the leader?"

"No, the chairman is Oni Yusakage." Kizura pointed at Yusa.

"Oni Yusakage's..." Aldine looked at Yusa who was still unconscious, he approached her with a face that looked confident that she was the lifter of the [Luz Demonio]

"So the seventh generation warmer [Luz Demonio] is him huh...? A little boy, but his potential and confidence I can feel..."

Aldine started to approach and stared at the [Luz Demonio] sword intently, he could not feel Luz's existence or it was possible that Luz's energy had run out until he had to sleep for a while.

"You know Luz...?" Ask Kizura.

"Hahaha, I used to be Zhin's partner... He was the owner of the 6th generation Luz Demonio. I've known Zhin and Luz for so long that I didn't expect that Zhin would die so soon." Aldine smiled bitterly.

"K-K-The existence of Luz can no longer be felt l-l-again, m-master."

"Atroz Formation huh...? Great as well, the brat seemed to be able to awaken the power of the formation quickly huh...?" Aldine held onto his chin and he started whistling calling out to some eagles that had two large and long horns.

They could not spend much longer before the other Giblians smelled them all, and all the eagles that Aldine called out began to lift Kizura with his companions. The next goal of the Black Sun organization was to visit Baseruce and take refuge there from the attacks of the Giblics and other nations.

"Truce Order's... What is your goal to create such an alliance...?" Ask Kizura.

Aldine could only smile, "We Devils want eternal peace for the universe we love so much, millions of fallen demons were crying in nature there hoping that their next generation could feel what peace was like. Not only the devil, but some races who care about the universe want to help also by becoming a member of the Truce Order."

"The only way to create lasting peace for the universe is to make the Giblics extinct and to merge all demons into one without having a different nation."

"His essence is... How can we defeat the Giblics if they can multiply quickly and divide quickly...?!" Kizura asked annoyed.

"... ..." Kizura began to stare at the ceiling, "Looks like Zuusuatouri won't be able to last long enough huh...?"
