48 - War by Determination

"Why did you come to get in the way, Illya...?!" Kizura asked with a look of annoyance.

"It's okay not~ It seems like you yourself are enjoying your fight against a demon who claims to be like a madman." Succubus, whose name is Illya, starts to stare at Ceytamold and makes him freeze for a few seconds because he is fascinated with the face of Illya is very beautiful.

Rxeonal spread out both wings and he immediately flew towards Ceytamold and attacked him with all his strength. Ceytamold pushed westward and Rxeonal began to follow. Kizura initially tries to chase Ceytamold but Illya blocks him before Ceytamold adapts and possesses Kizura's powers.

Kizura tries to attack Illya but he immediately avoids Kizura himself in order for the entire army of healers to start healing Kizura's wounds. Illya can find out why Kizura's attack was unable to give effect to Ceytamold, it's not far away because of Giblis' adaptability and Inugami's body thickness.

"... ..." Illya stared from a distance at Rxeonal who was tortured all out by Ceytamold, this war also went unbalanced where the Giblists had a great chance to win. The alliance army had already lost a great number of members as well as their formation began to be reorganized by Elvano.

"At least I gave Ceytamold to the king of the Oni, this is all Kuro's orders anyway. [Everlasting Immune]... An ability that only the Onigaki have, it seems he once fought the Onigaki and imitated their abilities..."

"Are the imitations and adaptations of Giblis the same...?" Ask Illya to herself.

Elvano could only remain silent and count all the growing armies of the Giblians. He saw some of Ajin's and Inugami's forces retreat to recover their wounds, the two nations were no threat. The real threat is Giblis who numbers in the millions.

Elvano was also aware that all the girls of the alliance army were reduced to being kidnapped by all the Giblists, Elvano panicked and immediately changed the formation where only the girls stayed in the back row and the men in the front row to protect them all were easy to take hostage.

The entire section chief went ahead and exterminated Ajin and Inugami's forces, although there were some girls from some section but they were not easy to lose because of their passion for fighting anger. Seeing the girl who was humiliated alone had already made Aldine rampage until [Cerberus] and [Pegasus] who were following carried out the attack of crashing forward.

"Zale... It's time to use the emergency formation." Asteria spoke using her telepathic magic with the demon leader of Ajin's army.

"Hehhh... I will do it immediately, my queen!" Zale pulled out a trumpet and he started blowing it causing the entire Ajin nation to know that an emergency formation would be implemented now.

The entire army of Ajin who had retreated immediately moved towards the alliance army at full speed, Elvano told the entire army to attack them using magic and long-range weapons but all the attacks disappeared when the Ajin nation touched him.

"W-What...?!" Elvano was surprised to see him.

"It's bad... Does this include their nation's capabilities...?" Vania asked where she saw both arms of the entire Ajin nation filled with blood-red root lines. 

"Damn...! Mundu---" Elvano stared at one of the demons from the Ajin nation, both of those demon eyes had the same line as their two arms. Elvano's entire body trembled and he could not make any sound from his mouth causing him to lose oxygen and convulsions.

"A-arck..." Elvano fell on the ground.

"Elvano...! What's the...!?" Vania asked who started to help her up, Elvano began to give a gesture where she pointed her own eyes and shook her head. Elvano's mouth began to synchronize lips where he said 'the eyes of Ajin' many times, he continued to shake his head.

"... ...!" Vania understood what Elvano meant.

"All the troops listen to me...!!! One of you must fight the Ajin nation without having to look them in the eye!!! Don't try to fight against them from close range as well!" Vania's orders were heard by the Alliance forces.

There were still some troops who were late to hear the warning of Vania, they were touched by the hand of the Ajin and immediately paralyzed and some immediately died losing their spirits. Vania saw that both of Ajin's arms can suck the spirit out of the body and that's not good.

"This is not good... The Giblists and the Ajin work together, what happens if the entire Giblish nation adapts and has the ability of the Ajin?" Ask Dates.

"We will fight. Do not let them all attack other villages... Our duty as a Truce Order is absolute!" Vania said where she began to pull out a large black axe.

Vania starts to stare at Elvano who looks weak, she immediately calls the members of the healing section to restore Elvano's condition back. This time Vania will be the leader because she has known Elvano for a long time and that means she will definitely have a plan that Elvano is thinking about.

This time Vania along with the rest of the Alliance forces advanced forward through the forces of Oni, Onimakura, and Tyirfei. Vier stands next to Vania and warns that Tyirfei's entire attack is incapable of giving effect to Ajin if both of their hands are still recovering. Vania nodded and hoped that the battle with the new formation this time around could end the war between the two sides.

The Onimakura also began to share their powerful fruits, the [Fruit of Wisdom] and the [Fruit of Rage], to all the surviving troops. The Oni nation was also prepared with manipulation magic. The entire alliance army had no other choice but to exert all their final strength to end it.

"It doesn't seem like it's going to be easy." Karla lands next to Vania and sees some of the Giblics begin to evolve into Montoblis.

"Whatever it takes, we'll fight together." Aldine.

Ceytamold throws Rxeonal towards the alliance's forces, Dates jumps up and captures Rxeonal, who is severely wounded. Dates give Rxeonal fruit [Fruit of Wisdom] so that his condition recovers.

"... ..." Rxeonal nodded and Dates lowered her.

"Dad, we better all work together. One on one it's not ready yet." Get Selvia.

"All right, my son." Answer Rxeonal.

Xirkitsu and Koreomi came to take Majin who was in a fainting state. Seeing Majin return safely it meant that Assyin had been defeated, now they only needed to end this war with a fellow. 

Xirkitsu showed a visibly irritated look at the Ajin people who had finally begun to use their hidden abilities, compared to the Giblis army which numbered more than millions while the alliance army which numbered roughly in the thousands. 

"Oi, vampire." Call Rxeonal.

"... ...?" Vania looked at Rxeonal with a confused expression.

"My estimate... This battle is a battle that determines who survives and who gets killed, you better lead us right." Rxeonal respects the vampire.

"By pleasure." Vania nodded.

As both sides marched and prepared to fight one last time, the alliance began to hope that a miracle would happen in which they all won against Giblis. Vania is ready to be responsible to all the troops who will fall when fighting.

The troops led by Zale and Ceytamold were already prepared, Ceytamold could only smile evilly but he did not have any sense of disdain because they could have planned something that he had never seen. The formation of Ceytamold's army began to change where all Ajin's troops were in the front row and several Giblis bar-bar troops also advanced forward.

"Listen carefully to everything...! Oni troops...! Onimakura...! Tyirfei...! Alliance forces...! This is a history worth remembering by later generations, all our children and grandchildren must remember how terrible the Zuusuatouri universe was. With all of us defeating them, peace can surely be embraced."

Vania tries to encourage her troops, there are still some members who are afraid and cry to see someone close to them die just like that. Aldine could only quietly feel annoyed that Takao left this war because he was annoyed.

The entire alliance army raised their weapons upwards and prepared for battle. Kizura returned to the battlefield and he was clearly going to lead Ceytamold who was smiling.

Shouted the entire army vigorously, the front row was Vania along with all the strongest demons like Rxeonal, Aldine, Kizura, and others. They all looked at each other and started to speak goodbye to guard.

"Until the end...?" Ask Aldine.

"Until the end." Answer Rxeonal.

"AMEN ALLIANCE...!!! DESTROY THE GIBLISTS AND DO NOT LET ANY OF THEM ESCAPE OR KILL YOU ALL...!!!" Vania's shout echoed throughout the region.
