Tirta Gangga Tourism Park. The inscription in front of the gate is written 4 words. Dapi parked his blue Vario motorcycle in front of the historic building. He locks the motorcycle automatically, then directs a large padlock that has been taken from the trunk of the motorcycle. He locked the front by inserting the padlock rod into the hole of the disc brake in the front tire, then locking the padlock. To be careful, there are still people who do motorcycle theft today, even though Bali is famous for its security.
Dapi stepped her slender legs towards the garden gate. The park is 5 km from his home in Almapura.
The young man who is tall, thin but looks petite because it does not have a large chest area, currently wearing traditional Balinese clothing. On the head, he was wearing a white tadpole. The typical Balinese hats are made of cloth and then wrapped around the head and the final bond is the two ends of the fabric focusing on the front area, right on the wearer's forehead. Balinese men often wear udeng, not only at traditional events, but also in their daily activities. Today she wears Balinese traditional clothes. The upper body is wrapped in plain white Safari Shirt. The Safari shirt he wore was a little loose.
Her lower body was wrapped in kamen and broom. These two thin fabrics were like long cloths. Kamen is a thin fabric that is worn on the inside, its size is longer than a broom. Kamen is golden yellow batik patterned. While the outside, wearing a white broom that the fabric material is slightly shiny. A sweep over the kamen on the inside. Because the broom is shorter in length and width, then at the bottom near the eyes of the feet, visible kamen golden yellow is an inch. On the front of the belly down, also seen kamen that fold and tapered down. Differences kamen pointed down, used for prayer while kamen folded flat bottom, used for traditional events or parties. At the waist, Dapi wore a tied scarf to tighten the kamen and broom worn. The scarf is predominantly blue mixed with white. Weaving it using shiny yarn. While the legs are only wrapped in white flip flops. She looks so cute wearing that custom outfit.
The original Father of the Balinese Tribe. Raised in Bali and aging in Bali. But his father became a Muslim when he married his mother who came from Jakarta. Although Muslims are a minority in Bali, but his father is obedient to worship as a Muslim and his father also always advises to preserve the culture and customs of Bali.
3 Tonight, Dapi dream and the contents of his dream is the same thing that leads him to visit Tirta Gangga Tourism Park. Finally he decided to go to that place after permission with his mother and father.
He has great respect for the ancestral place, which is why he wears traditional clothes to visit there.
The sun that was about to sink, still shone on his slender body when entering through the main gate of Tirta Gangga Tourism Park.
The young man entered the main gate. The statues are lined up neatly like soldiers as if welcoming his arrival. In front of the young man was already seen a pond filled with water and clear. First look, the place has spoiled the eyes with cleanliness and beauty. Amazed. That's what is drawn from the eyes of Dapi, even though he has been to this place several times.
In front of Dapi there is a pond with a length of about 10 meters and a width of about 6 meters. In the middle of the pool there is an inscription as high as 1.5 meters. The inscription is right in the middle of the pool. From the base of the pool there are stones that are pegged and neatly arranged to the end of the pool. This stone is used for people who want to cross the pool. In addition to each row of stones, there are 4 statues of the character of the god of Balinese belief from the base to the end of the pool. The statue is on the right and left of the stone - the stone used to cross and behind the statue there are still stone benchmarks - stones to cross the pool from the other side.
Step over, down the stairs. Then he set his right foot on the first stone at the bottom of the pool. The size of the stone was about 1.5 square meters. He paused for a moment when both of his feet had already climbed the stone steadily. Inside the pond was a fish that swam happily and approached where he was standing. The fish was hoping to be fed by the guests. Dapi stood still and thought to take a left or right direction because of the accompaniment of the rock benchmark lined up, dividing both directions, namely left and right with the same shape and distance.
The young man decided to move his right foot towards the right. He climbed the benchmark of stones made measuring 60 cm in size as a bridge to cross the pool. His right hand holds and raises a little kamen so that the tip is not wet exposed to pool water. Slowly he slowly jumped over the stone benchmarks. To get to the end of the pool, he had to pass around 16 stone stakes to get to the end of the pool.
He passed the stone benchmark, still walking slowly. On the 3rd stone benchmark, he saw a statue of the character of the Balinese God who was to his right. He doesn't know what god it is. The young man smiled a little. He moved his left foot towards the fourth stone stake after he turned to the right. The tip of his toes deliberately touched a little to feel the cold water while stepping and hope the fish in the pond fooled by his idle action. The young man laughed again. It is easy to find happiness in your own way. Both of his legs continued to slowly move.
On the next step towards the eighth, he looked to the left. He was already in the middle of the pond, on his left was a 4-story water tower. The water tower was just about his neck. He again dipped the tip of his left foot on the surface of the water as he stepped. Then walk slowly back up to the next stone stake. He also looked to the right of the second statue of the god.
The young man stopped and looked at the surface of the water. He looked with a serious face at the surface of the surging water. The origin of the wave was to his left, next to the water tower. His eyes are looking for something.
Not the cowardly type of man. He was just curious, "Is that fish jumping to the surface of the water?" thought.
Then he walked back past the next stake. This time, the tip of his right toe touched the water while stepping. Smiles still adorn his face. He's acting so prank again.
When his right foot was already on the 10th peg, the water surface on the right bumped back. He immediately looked. She smiled a little. "It turns out the fish are more prank than me" he murmured.
A few more steps he'll be heading towards the end of the pool. In front of it is already seen the park in the middle there is a 10-meter-high water tower. This water tower is shaped like a roof of a temple. Belief of the locals, the water in the Tirta Gangga pool comes from the spring under the water tower and even by the local community is considered sacred and used for traditional ceremonial activities.
His heart commanded him to go to the tallest tower in the garden.
Dapi jumped over to the remaining six stone stakes that were in the pond to reach the edge of the pool quickly. When he got to the last stake of the route he went through, he jumped to the left on a peg that was the same size as the stone peg at the base of the pool which was 1.5 m in size. He landed both feet on the stake, stayed for a while, looked forward and then stepped his feet towards the edge of the pool. He walked towards the park, right in front of him about 10 meters to reach the tall water tower in the middle of the park.
Dapi walks around, down the short grassy road route to the park. Beautiful, beautiful and comfortable when looking at the park. The garden treatment is very awake so it is pleasing to the eye. Within a few steps he was already in front of a tall water tower.
"What am I supposed to do here?" it's in the heart. He stepped up, approaching the high water tower. He silently looked up. The afternoon sun shone on his back. The young man noticed a burst of water coming out from the very top and falling down through the steps (crown-shaped parts) throughout the tower. There are 9 steps - from top to bottom. The gurgling voice seemed to talk to him to stay longer in the Tirta Gangga Tourism Park.
