Married Berondong Saleh
extra chapter

Delmira POV.

My hand moved to touch a few digits until it opened my son's room. I walked slowly, my eyes glared at every corner of the room.

Several times I plucked my breath expelling the chest tightness that burst. There are several photos on the wall and on the nightstand near the bed. My eyes stared at a photograph showing two of my children smiling crisply at each other.

My feet kept moving until my hands reached the picture frame.

"Momyang kangen you Kahfi," I said softly, then I hugged the frame.

I really felt like Kahfi was returning my arms, so that no tears fell down her two cheeks.

"Astaghfirullah haladhim." A remembrance I hummed so that my heart felt a little relieved, and my chest was not too tight.

"Astaghfirullah haladhim," I repeated to make it quieter.

"Today's Momyang's birthday, don't you give me a surprise?" I murmured, and of course the photo I drew was impossible to answer.

"Momim... Mommyang wants a mini cactus as a birthday present from you," I said.

I put the picture frame back in its original place.

"I'm sorry, Mommyang still cries when she remembers you. Though Momyang was sure, you were in the most beautiful place," I murmured once more, then I felt a rough breath.

My feet walked out of the room. I have to go back to the hospital.

Kaffah must have been too confused to look for me. I just left him in the hospital canteen. I suddenly thought of Kahfi, my son who was in heaven.

The easiest place to remember Kahfi is in his room, so I decided to go straight away without saying goodbye from Kaffah.

"Mommy where?" the voice from across there sounded panicked.

I put on a smile, then I switched the call to a video call.

"Mom who's on his way to the hospital" I said, throwing a smile. Then I put up the seat belt.

I saw Kaffah take a breath and scour the background on the phone screen.

"Who's coming home?" he asked, maybe he saw there is a typical side of the house that looks on the camera.

"Mom who can tell me to take it," he lamented.

"Yes, yes, next time Momyang will ask you to take it," I replied to let the child calm down.

"Yes already, Momyang be careful on the road, assalamualaikum."

"Waalaikum greetings," I answered and put the phone inside the dashboard of the car.

Thirty minutes later, my car was parked in the hospital yard, I asked one of the security guards to park the car in the basement of the hospital.

Then my feet walked through every corridor of the hospital to get to the study.

I saw a handsome man whose good looks were becoming more and more complete after growing up, sitting in front of my desk.

I raised a smile, after sitting opposite him.

"Mommy don't go without my permission!" skink.

Again, I just smiled back at him.

Ever since Kaffah became the only child in the family, he's been more protective of me. It's not the opposite of him being spoiled and we being protective of him. But, precisely the child who has grown up is increasingly responsible, independent, hardworking, and diligent in learning. Even last semester, he got an average grade of the course with satisfactory grades.

"It seems, Momyang can not move even a little from the reach of your eyes," I sulked.

"Oh my God, if there's anything with Mommy, it's going to be interrogated for the first time yes me" he protested.

I throw back a smile, "Yes Momyang's son, I'm sorry, I'm sorry for this Momyang."

I saw that he was just shaking his head slowly, probably resigned to hearing the apology coming out of my mouth as soft as silk.

"It looks like you have to find a wife to let Momyang move indefinitely like this!" muttered.

I lyrics Kaffah straight round the eyes, "Mommy must be the way to the hospital while sleeping! Just look at this shit!" sumpul Kaffah then his feet stepped out.

I laughed at my son's frontal reaction.
