Not Even a Day

At night, Jonatan's family is having dinner together. It seemed that the middle-aged man was still angry at Revina.

"Papa wait in the living room !" jonatan's cold voice reigned over the rest of his family. Then he left the dining table followed by Asila, his wife.

"Papa's gonna talk about you."

jasse's teasing before it passed from there left Revina and Felix.

"Who's your name ?" jonatan asked, staring intently at Felix. They were gathered in the middle room.

"My name is Felix, pa-pa." Felix stammered, whether to call master, om or papa. Asila melengos heard a man with a creepy look calling her husband papa. While Revina only found out if the name of the man who married her is Felix.

"What family are you from ? Where's your family now ?"

"Only Felix, no family frills. I don't have a father, only a mother."

"What's your job ?" ask Jonatan again. Introgating his son-in-law.

"I don't, em haven't got a steady job."

Jonatan snorted at Felix's reply.

"My daughter has been used to living with luxury since childhood. I hope you're a hard worker to make ends meet. From tomorrow on, get a job." Jonatan ordered.

Felix looked at Revina who was sitting next to him. But the woman just looked straight ahead with her flat face.

After finishing Jonatan interviewed his son-in-law. They all return with their own activities.

"You slept there !" point Revina towards the sofa in her room.

Felix looked towards the sofa. Just a medium-sized sofa. How could he sleep there.

"My body won't sleep there. Can we sleep together in bed ? we are .."

Felix took a breath. "Do you have a change of clothes I can wear ?" asked Felix who had started to feel sultry wearing those clothes since noon.

"Nothing" replied Revina ketus while throwing a pillow towards the sofa.

"If there are none. Come on, come with me to buy clothes. Or you want to see me undressed." take Felix and threaten Revina because she knows she's going to reject her invitation.

Despite being forced to do so, Revina goes after Felix shopping at a mall.

"Your taste is good too." Revina glanced at some of the clothes that Felix had chosen. As an unemployed Felix chose clothes with famous brands that are commonly worn by the upper class.

"I just don't want to embarrass you. Your sister will definitely mock you if I wear regular clothes." Felix replied.

"Do you have a lot of money to pay for it ?" ask Revina.

"I don't have any money. I just got out ...."

"What !" Revina widened her eyes. Can't believe Felix casually chose expensive clothes and told him to pay.

Oh, my God, I'm really at work. Inner Revina while looking at Felix walking towards the cashier.

Finished paying Revina straight out of the store with a bent face. Not even one day married, unmitigated Felix has spent his salary for one year working.

"It's done. Come on, go home." said Revina ketus.

"wait. I ..."

"What else !" revina's snapping instantly cut out Felix's words.

"I need a few more pairs of clothes and shoes to find a job tomorrow" Felix replied without any hesitation.

"Here, let me choose." Revina quickly picked up a few strands of shirt and pants that fit Felix's body size and two pairs of shoes.
