Cannot Promise

At nine o'clock in the night, Revina and Felix were home. Revina headed for the kitchen to arrange her groceries. Felix went straight into the room after putting the items they bought into the kitchen.

Revina is currently enjoying her role as a wife and housewife. In the past, Revina had thought if later she was married, she would stop working and become a full-time housewife. Making breakfast for her husband in the morning, cooking lunch and dinner, preparing clothes for her husband and serving every need of her husband. Revina smiled to herself given the wish that was newly realized today.

After finishing the business in the kitchen, Revina went into the room. For a moment he was stunned to see Felix was already asleep on the bed. Revina walked over to the bed. He was still standing by the bed. It seemed like Revina was hesitant to lie there.

"Sleep. Don't think too much." Felix's voice surprised Revina. Suddenly the man opened his eyes.

"Don't think about the woman's words. I'm not going to do that to you" Felix said as he watched Revina still motionless as she stood.

Gosh darn. How does this guy know what you're thinking. Revina said in her heart because it was true what Felix said. Revina thought of the words of that woman who told Felix to get her pregnant. Revina shuddered in horror imagining if that was until it happened.

Felix turned his body, lay back to Revina and closed his eyes pretending to be asleep. Feeling tired, Revina finally drops her body on the bed next to Felix. There was already no other choice for Revina at this moment other than to share with the man who had been her husband for six months.

Had anything happened between him and Felix, no one would have turned it on. They were legally married as husband and wife.

What I think !. Revina knocked on her own head expelling a no-no thought. Then Revina turned her body, lying down on Felix's back. As it was already sleepy, Revina ended up falling asleep as well.

Revina woke up when it was still dark. He then went out of the room, washed his face and headed straight for the kitchen. Revina began preparing the ingredients to make breakfast. Like a refresher for him at the moment. His usual activities, which he has been on for almost two years, have now changed. He does not need to think about the fear of being late for work, making reports according to deadlines and fixing the wrong job. Now Revina feels free from the pressure of work and he can do what he wants.

An hour later, Revina was done with her cooking. He went into the bathroom because he felt his body sweat.

"God. I forgot to bring a change of clothes." Revina talks to herself as she finishes her bath and realizes she is not carrying a change of clothes.

Revina wrapped her body with a towel that covered the chest up to her knees. So that it shows his shoulders and smooth legs. Revina walks around slacking open the door of the room hoping Felix is still asleep.

"Thank God, he's not awake yet." Revina walked slowly towards the wardrobe to pick up the clothes and immediately put them on.

Revina felt relieved after getting dressed. Then he applied the cream on his face and combed his still wet hair. He looked towards Felix who was still sleeping before coming out of the room.

Felix opened his eyes after hearing the sound of the door closing. He sat his body on the bed while scooping his face rough. Felix breathed a frustrated breath.

"If this keeps up, I can't promise not to get you pregnant" Felix murmured as he saw everything Revina was doing in the room. And that scene now continues to play in his head.
