Marrying the Paralyzed

Marrying the Paralyzed
Chapter 16

Upon arriving at the public cemetery where the mother of Melinda was buried, Almer was surprised to see the figure of a man who was sowing flowers at the meal of the mother of his granddaughter-in-law.

Almer finally recognized the man who was none other than Royan, a man who had become the ex-lover of his granddaughter-in-law.

“Two of you, quickly remove the man and do not be seen by my grandson-in-law!” almer's orders to his two bodyguards.

Royan, who was sowing flowers, was suddenly approached by two people dressed all in black and dashing.

“Who are you?” royan asked and looked towards Almer.

Royan finally understood and immediately set foot from the public funeral. Royan does not want to get into trouble from the rich who are certainly in power.

Melinda got out of the car along with her husband aided by Reza Sang's assistant.

“Remember, we must be fine in front of Grandpa,” said Raka while holding Melinda's fingers.

“Mas Raka take it easy, I will try not to disappoint Grandpa,” Melinda replied and threw a smile at Raka because Almer was watching the two of them from a distance.

Raka glared at a glance with Melinda's smile. However, Raka tried not to be influenced by the smile and instead gave a sharp look towards his wife, Melinda.

What Mas Raka did, wasn't Mas Raka just saying that we should be fine. Now, even Mas Raka who broke his own words. (Inner Melinda)

Reza continued to push his Young Master's wheelchair towards the funeral.

“Daughter-in-law, come here!” Almer smilingly called Melinda over to get closer.

Melinda slowly walked closer towards Almer. When she saw her mother eating flowers, Melinda thought she was Almer.

“Thank you, Cake,” said Melinda because Almer had sprinkled flowers for her beloved late mother.

Almer could not lie to Melinda, even more so they were in Arum's grave.

“Not Grandpa did this. However, a man who yesterday came to your wedding and also Raka,” Almer explained to Melinda.

So, Royan came here. He shouldn't have come here, even more so I have a family. (Inner Melinda)

“My wife, you better have to forget about your past as soon as possible.” Raka said with great emphasis.

“Mas Raka and Grandpa don't have to worry. I have completely forgotten the man,” Melinda replied without daring to mention her former lover.

Almer gave a small nod and asked Raka to get closer.

Raka agreed and now he was very close to the grave of his late mother-in-law.

Raka just stared at the tomb without saying a word. Another case, with Melinda who continues to cry while saying sorry and thank you.

“Kakek will go straight away, Raka please take care of granddaughter-in-law grandfather.”

After saying those words, Almer left along with his two bodyguards.

What Grandpa was playing to me. Why did Grandpa just leave me and this woman. (Inner of Raka)

Melinda cried and kissed her late mother's tombstone. After that, Melinda moved up and asked Raka to return home immediately.

“Mas Raka, let's go home.” Melinda could not if had to linger at her mother's funeral.

Raka this time did not say much, he agreed and asked Reza to immediately take him away from the public funeral.

Reza, who heard Melinda's words, hoped that her Young Master would reply to Melinda's words with words that would not hurt Melinda.

“Ya.” One word so short from Raka's mouth.

Melinda calmed down a bit with a reply from Raka. Only one word came out of her husband's mouth.

“Have you forgotten what I ordered earlier?” asked Raka coldly.

Reza frowned, hearing the question from his Young Master to Melinda.

Can't Young Master be a little sweet to Young Miss. If this continued, how could the two of them be close. (Inner Reza)

“I asked you, why are you silent?” asked Raka who had now turned her head towards Melinda who was sitting next to him.

“Sorry, Mas Raka. Which command, did Mas Raka mean?” Melinda completely forgot the order Raka had given her, because there were too many things Melinda thought of.

“Before, I have asked you to make me coffee, have you forgotten?”

“Mas Raka, I always make Mas Raka coffee. However, Mas Raka never drank it,” reply Melinda who always made coffee according to her husband's request.

“Then, where do you put it?”

“I put on Mas Raka room table, did Mas Raka not see it?”

Raka just kept quiet and threw her face the other way.

Mas Raka take it easy, I will try to be a good wife and try to accept this suffering. Perhaps, indeed it is my destiny to live suffering like this. (Inner Melinda)

Upon arriving at home, Raka and Melinda were surprised by the presence of Bambang.

“Melinda, please Daddy. Katty is now sick and eager to eat - good food, please give Dad a little money!” The arrival of Bambang turned out to ask for money to Melinda.

Melinda is very disappointed with her biological father who is more concerned with Katty than her own father, herself married by cold-hearted men like Raka Arafat.

“Are you shameless? How dare he come and see me my wife just to ask for money? Both of you, quickly remove this shameless man and never allow him to enter!” Raka yelled giving orders to the two bodyguards to immediately expel Bambang.

“Melinda! Melinda!” Bambang tried to call his daughter hoping that she would give him money.

Melinda shed her tears looking at her father in disappointment.

“What money did Grandpa give you have run out? When Melinda got married, where did you go? Why didn't Dad come to see his daughter get married?” Melinda could not hide her disappointment, she cried and was witnessed directly by Raka.

Melinda ran into the house and let her father be kicked out by the guards.

Raka touched her chest, seeing Melinda cry like that made Raka's chest tight.

“Take me to see my wife!” raka orders Reza, his personal assistant.

Melinda cried in her husband's room, she felt very sick. All she wanted was the affection of her father. However, his father always put Katty first.

Dad, Melinda doesn't want anything. Melinda just wants to get some genuine affection from Dad. Please, just give Melinda a little affection from Dad, that's all Dad. (Inner Melinda)
