A Message from Dad to Bella

Edith sends a message to Brian that he is waiting for him in the lobby. Not long after, Brian got out of the elevator and approached Edith.

"Edith. What was? Suddenly waiting for me here." said Brian a little bit speechless. As usual, Edith always asked Mr. Liam for permission to leave them talking together.

"Eat already?" ask Edith.

"I'm so busy today I don't know the meal. Good thing there was Mr. Liam reminding me of my lunch" Brian replied as he walked out of the office building.

"Thankfully there was Mr. Liam who reminded, otherwise, it might be possible that the one your brother scolded was not you, but Mr. Liam. I feel sorry for Mr. Liam." said Edith.

"Yes. Thought so. As much as possible I also do not want to make Mr. Liam overtime. Poor family." Brian said, making Edith smile.

"I just met this time with a humble and friendly director like you. Maybe because I'm friends with you. I don't know about other directors either. Like your brother might." joked Edith laughed. Brian laughed at Edith's joke.

"Yes. I-i understand. My brother is crazy at work. In fact he often doesn't sleep just to finish his job." Brian confessed Edith.

"Oh yeah. You know the garden in town? We go there yuk. I want to see what's in there." With the spirit of Edith invites Brian to go to the ornamental garden.

But Brian's steps came to a halt when Edith invited him to go to the ornamental garden.

"Why, Brian?" edith asked confusedly.

"Better not to take me there. You can go there with your co-worker, Edith" Brian said with a different look.

"Why? Why can't I take me there?" ask Edith.

"I just don't like it. Now can we go home?"

Edith noticed Brian's different eyes when he took her to the ornamental garden. Something was stirring Edith's heart. But he did not dare to ask. Edith did not ask further. He just sat there and sat in the passenger seat. Brian's mood again becomes unpleasant, making Edith curse herself for wanting to know Brian's privacy.

Gisel accompanied Regas at the bar. Regas is now a regular client of Gisel and regularly visits Gisel. Either just tell each other or exchange ideas. Regas was no doubt his good looks. Occasionally he touched Gisel's hair and stroked it gently.

Gisel was not bothered by that. Instead, Gisel greeted Regas sweetly even though everyone knew there were definitely no feelings between them.

Shut up, Brian returns to the nightclub where Gisel works unannounced. Brian chose a place a bit away from Gisel but still able to reach Gisel.

A comforting woman came and sat down to accompany Brian. Brian refused it.

"Please call Liana" Brian said. The woman felt a little upset about not getting any clients for tonight. He immediately got up and called Liana to him. Not long after, Liana came up with her minimalist dress.

"Hey, Brian. You're here again? I don't think busy people like you will come here" Liana said sitting next to Brian. Then Brian glared at Liana to keep his sitting distance from her. Liana shifted her butt so as not to get too close to Brian.

"I'll come here sometime. So every time I come, you just accompany me." replied Brian.

"OKAY. Okay. But will you be long or not? At half-twelve. Usually my clients..." Liana tries to make excuses so as not to always accompany Brian at all times if any of her clients come. She felt a little uncomfortable, especially her brother who was not very fond of her.

"Just an hour. How much do you pay in an hour to keep me company?" brian asked looking at Liana a little sharply.

"Ha.. Are you serious? What if Bella finds out about you being here a lot?" liana asked, starting to worry a little. He was afraid to arrive - Bella came to him because he was thought to have seduced his sister.

"No will. Name your fare and I'll pay double as long as you keep your mouth shut and don't let Gisel know I'm coming" Brian said, guaranteeing Liana's safety. Liana was a little calmed down if Brian was to vouch for it.

"OKAY. I'll send you my account number. I promise to keep your secret. But you sure are. Don't let Bella know that you came here and sat with me." replied Liana smilingly looking at Brian who was full of charm and making sure he was safe.

His sharp eyes and collar were no more ties. Makes Liana want to kiss Brian's neck even more.

"So look at you and don't even think about touching me" Brian told Liana.

Then Liana turned her gaze the other way releasing her vision from Brian's handsome face. He drank a little mineral water on the table. Because for Liana, sitting next to Brian is like a statue. Boring but can get a lot of money just by sitting.

Brian's heart was burning hot. Seeing Gisel smile and touch another man. At first Brian didn't realize Gisel's job was going to be like this. But after seeing Gisel's work in person tonight, he was sure what steps he should take next.

The next morning, Bella is at breakfast with her family, including Brian. Usually Bella will always pass her breakfast in the morning because she has to leave for the office faster. But this time, his father asked him to come in for breakfast.

"Dad's going to be straight" said Dad. Brian scooped his rice a little and took the side dish to taste.

"Bella´s. When are you gonna bring your future husband home?" ask me to make Bella choke.

"Check, uhuk. Why are you talking about that?" ask Bella to drink some water.

"You always told Edith to come home to get closer to Brian. But I see you don't join hands with men" said Dad, making Brian laugh a little.

"Dad, why didn't Brian and Edith just go first? They've known you for a long time...." Bella turned the conversation about herself to Brian.

"Brian has just been in the director's position. Let him focus on his work. Brian is twenty-nine years old. While you? You've wanted thirty-six years. You want to be a spinster?" firmly Dad. Bella's pissed off that I mentioned Bella's age.

"Bella's leaving." Bella finished her breakfast and took her bag.

"Remember, Bella. If you're not married either, Brian won't" Dad said. Bella keeps passing from Dad's sight.

"Brian, I'm waiting outside." cried Bella towards the door.

Father shook his head and looked at the only daughter who was too busy with her work.

"Later I'll take it slow, Dad" Brian said.

Mother who had been silent since then, finally spoke up.

"I told you, don't burden Bella with a lot of work. See right? He eventually forgot he had to get married. How can we have grandchildren if he thinks that marriage is not there?"

Daddy just shut up. Brian was ready to go to the office. Bella, who was waiting next to the car, had a bad mood with her father saying at the dinner table.

After seeing Brian get out of the house, Bella gets into the car followed by Brian. Then the car walked slowly out of the garage of a fairly large house.

"Are you talking to Dad so I can get married?" bella asked Brian after sitting in the car.

"For what? I rarely see Dad. You know for yourself every time I meet I just say goodbye to going to work." Brian replied.

"I get dizzy every time you talk to me about a potential husband. Which husband candidate? I don't have any candidates to bring home" Bella said, leaning her head.

"Indeed you are not saturated working continuously? You are a girl. Married at the age of now" Brian explained.

"The problem is that none of them interest me." Bella tried to give an excuse not to rush to get married. "After all, haven't you been in contact with Edith for a long time?" bella asked to switch the conversation.

"Cok being Edith?" ask Brian in confusion.

"The father would want to have grandchildren who can inherit the company later. And I don't think it's a problem if one of us gets it first." explains Edith.

"Maybe that's according to Brother. I think it's different again."

"You replaced me. I can't find a candidate anytime soon." said Bella.

"I can't either, brother. I told you that you have to get married first." replied Brian.

"After all, how far have you and Edith gone? Why don't I ever see him play at home again?" bella asked confusedly.

"Don't open my privacy, brother." replied Brian briefly.

"Lho, I want to know. You come home almost every night, don't you see Edith?" bella asked confusedly.

"Somehow to say it, but Edith wasn't my choice. And I'm not in love with Edith either" Brian said, puzzling Bella. Because what Bella knew all along Brian was only close to Edith.

"How come? I think you've known and liked each other for a long time." said Bella.

"I told you, brother, if there's a woman I like. But not Edith."

"Yes I know. But you never met him. How could that feeling remain after all this time you didn't even meet her? Even he's anywhere you don't know." Bella feels Brian is silly this time. How can he love only from the shadow of a person.

"I've found it, brother. And I think the current Brother doesn't need to take care of how I feel. Just take care of how Big Brother feels." said Brian exasperated with Bella who always interfere with her emotional affairs. Bella no longer talks with Brian. Bella knew, sometimes she crossed the line for her sister's feelings.
