It means: "Do not marry polytheists (with believing women) before they believe. Truly a believing slave is better than a polytheist, even if he withdraws your heart." (QS Al Baqarah verse 221).
Based on religious nash, be it the Quran, hadith, to qaidah fiqh. All agreements, refer to and consider the impact that will be caused by interfaith marriage.
Therefore, marriage of different religions for Muslims is haram. As a Muslim, you should always use the Quran as a guide.
