The next morning, Odahinu had already prepared with several rows of Merman troops. He took the order of King Triton to fetch the prince under the sea of Aegeis.
Vaelia had to feel disappointment once again, seeing that. He did not succeed in instigating the father, as he had imagined. That meant, the girl had to try harder to seize the throne for herself.
"Are you stupid or what, Uncle Odahinu? Why do you trust the boy whose blood is stained?" vaelia murmur.
After a long journey, Odahinu and his army reached the border of the Aegeis Sea. Nereid's territory. Seeing Merman's entourage coming, a border guard from the Nereids approached.
"What interest are you in here?" ask the girl in the armor with a ketus.
"We have come under the command of the King of Mertopia, King of Triton. To bring Prince Cyrano home."
"Our queen ordered to expel any merman who came here."
Odahinu laughed very loudly. He was humiliated by a royal border guard.
"You don't know who you're talking to?"
"I don't care, even though King Triton is coming. Queen Merine's orders I heard."
"Surge!"
Odahinu entered the border with his army. Make a mess of Nereid's army.
A Nereid troop rushed to report to the palace about what was happening at the border.
"Call the Warlord over here!" queen Merine's orders.
The queen ordered her strongest forces to guard the border. No matter what happens, Merman's men can't take Cyrano. The attitude of the Mertopia envoy was considered to have disrupted the security of the Aegeis.
The Nereid army is heading towards the border.
"What's this, Auntie?"
"You don't have to worry, you don't have to go back to Mertopia. Stay here longer."
"Did Mertopia's army come for me, Auntie?"
Queen Merine nodded.
On the borders of the kingdom, the soldiers of both nations were fighting it out. They defend what they think is right. Equally strong and equally nimble. The magic of the Nereid nation glides here and there. Mertopia's army moved around, continuously dodging magic shots.
On land, the fight of the two nations caused a very powerful storm of the sea. High waves hit the coast. Whirlpool. Lightning snatching.
Bad conditions in the ocean, adversely affect humans who have a livelihood around the sea and beaches. Also the sea animals, which enter their respective nests. Worried about being tossed by the shaken sea water.
The furore at the border, made the returning Triton fall ill, worried. He felt very sorry, if many sea creatures who had to be victims because of his incompetence led Mertopia.
"I have to go there, right now. Guards, prepare some main troops!" Triton rushed towards the border despite his weakened strength.
The arrival of Triton with his guards was considered an invitation to war by the Nereids. Several relief forces from different corners of the Aegeis arrived as well. The fight of the two races, the more intense.
Elsewhere, Robert, who had just disembarked from his ship, walked towards the residence of Medelline. Bad weather, making the ship where he worked must dock back to the dock. But by the time he reached the small house where his daughter lived, the modest building had been ravaged by high waves. The atmosphere of the village on the beach was quiet.
Robert passed by residents who scavenged the debris of his house. He asked where the people who lived in the seaside village were.
After getting information from the man, Robert walked towards a small hill not far from the beach. According to the man who passed him earlier, some residents fled on the hill. Shellfish hill.
About an hour's walk, Robert saw makeshift tents with makeshift materials in clam hills. A copper-colored girl, carrying a tray of freshly cooked dry bread. The man, smiling with relief.
Medelline was delighted when she saw her father coming. He was happy, because Robert survived the bad weather. The woman asked her father to sit under a tent. Then, he held out a dry bun with tomato sauce for the aging man.
"Thank God, I'm safe. I'm worried, but I also have to help save the citizens, Dad. I'm sorry, get out of that house."
"No problem, Meddy. Most importantly, you survived. Healthy, without lacking anything."
Medelline ran out of the tent. He pulled out his stomach. From now on, he had been holding back the nausea that was afflicting him. He nodded after feeling relieved. Unknowingly, Robert followed him from behind.
"Are you sick, Meddy?"
Medelline shook her head. He got up, but staggered, almost falling. Robert caught him.
"You sure you're okay, my daughter?"
"Yes, Dad. Dad doesn't have to worry. I just need a little warm drink."
Although unsure of the princess' words, Robert nodded. He asked Medelline to lie in a refugee tent.
"You just rest, Meddy."
The wind outside was blowing very hard, Robert was waiting for his sleeping daughter. He heard Medelline crying while her eyes were still closed. He felt that something unbearable was happening to the woman lying before him.
The next day, Robert woke up. He slept in a sitting position near Medelline. He saw the place was empty. He decided to get up, get out of the tent. Accidentally, seeing a middle-aged woman scowl at the nape of her daughter.
Medelline repeatedly spewed out the contents of her hull that was liquid. His stomach is empty. Robert approached.
"Meddy, rest. I'm gonna put you in the tent." Robert lifted his daughter's body. "Thank you, ma'am," she told the middle-aged woman who helped Medelline earlier.
Feeling worried, Robert walked from tent to tent, asking if there was a healer among them. Someone in the public tent said there were some medical experts in the tent.
Robert was shocked when the physician told him what he knew.
"Your daughter is not an ordinary pain. She's pregnant."
"containing? You sure, Mister?"
"Yes, I'm pretty sure that Medelline is pregnant."
"But how can it be?"
The doctor smiled.
"That's a common occurrence, Medelline was married a while ago."
"Married?"
Robert walked quickly towards the tent. He folded his arms around his chest, looking at his daughter who was sitting leaning against the tent pole.
"Why didn't you tell me about your marriage, Meddy?"
"That's .. that's because of the sudden, Dad."
"Who's your husband? Is he a reckless young man who ran away after finding out you were pregnant?"
"He's not like that, Dad. He doesn't know I'm pregnant yet."
"How can you?"
Medelline lowered her head. Quiet enough. Budging.
"He's actually a Merman, Dad."
"Enough, Meddy! I'm tired of all your imaginations about that mythological creature! Daddy's sick!"
Medelline cried, stroking her belly full of love.
