Merman, I'M In Love!

Merman, I'M In Love!
God's Will

Medelline had just realized, that the Mermaid she saved was the same Mermaid. Which saved. He smiled widely.

"What's wrong?" cyrano asked in astonishment, as he looked at the face of the girl before him.

"No. There's nothing. Are you all right? I'll let you out to sea."

Medelline actually wants to be with Cyrano longer, but she doesn't want to put the creature in danger.

Medelline thought Cyrano had forgotten about her. He's a little disappointed.

On the other hand, Cyrano is also looking for an excuse to stay longer by the girl's side. He remembered that incident very well. When rescuing a little girl who was stuck in the middle of the ocean.

"Emmm .. I'm running out of energy, not yet able to swim to the bottom of the sea. Can I stay here any longer?" Finally he found a slightly unreasonable reason, but he kept trying.

Medelline was pleased with the sentence she had just heard. Hope granted. At least, he had friends and was not alone anymore for the next few days.

"Oh, sure! Of course I can. But I can't provide you with much food, Cyrano."

"You can call me Cyra. Sea beast friends, call me that."

"All right, Cyra."

Medelline spent time with Cyrano. The two of them talked all day about anything they found interesting. Like a couple of old friends you just met.

Even at night, Medelline settles to the deck of the bottom ship to meet Cyrano. Her father was too busy. So that the man did not care what his daughter did. He simply reminded the princess to eat at every hour of her rest.

"Cyra, I hear fairy tales from people. Mermaid tears can be pearls?"

"No, when I cry. I never saw what it was, those tears."

"Then? That's just bullshit?

Cyrano smiled at the words of the girl sitting before him.

"All I know, the tears of our people, are very effective in healing the sick. The flesh can make a person live long."

"Then. I'll cook you!"

Cyrano retreated, away from Medelline. However, the girl laughed.

"Where might I eat a handsome man like you!"

The male mermaid smiled widely. He's relieved.

"I heard that the singing of the Mermaid could make a man fall asleep. Will you sing for me?"

"Only a Siren can sing melodiously. I can't."

"Why?"

"Just .. I don't have that ability. Believe me, when I sing, I'm sure your ears will hurt."

Medelline laughed again. Cyrano loved the girl's laugh and smile. He really felt heartbroken. However, the laughter stopped when a male voice called out the girl's name.

"Meddy, is that you?"

Medelline quickly silenced her own mouth. He asks Cyrano to hide under the water. To not be seen.

"Yes, Dad. It's me!"

Medelline hurriedly got up and approached the man.

Medelline hugged her father, Robert, gently.

"What are you doing in that dark place?"

The girl showed me the book.

"Painting? In a dark place like this?"

"No, Dad. There's a nice corner back there. Also, there's a lamp."

"Oh. It's night, go to bed!"

"Dad finished working today?"

"Yes." Yeah."

Medelline glanced at the corner of the room. The sound of water can be heard from the place. He tried to distract his father. Who heard it too.

"Dad go first, I'll take some of my leftovers."

"Are you sure it's okay?" Robert walked towards the voice earlier, but his daughter prevented.

"Yes, Dad. Go get some rest first." Medelline pushed gently on the father. Waiting for the man to disappear from view and return to the wooden box earlier.

"Cyras! Cyra! You okay?"

Cyrano sat down to spout a little of his body.

"Yes. You go rest in your place."

"on your own? No problem, I'm used to feeling it."

Medelline took care of the things she had brought. Then he started walking out of the room.

"Wait a minute!"

Cyrano complained, as he pulled some of his own scales from his tail.

Medelline. He saw Cyrano extend his clenched hand.

"Bring this! It's a gift for you, Meddy, because you saved me from that cage."

"What's this?"

"Open your hand."

Medelline opened her palm, then Cyrano placed some glittering objects there. The girl's eyes grew bigger, she was amazed by what had happened before her. Cyrano's tail scales eventually turned to gold.

"It's original?"

"I can't fool you!"

"Thank you!" Excited, Medelline unintentionally embraced Cyrano.

Though surprised, but Cyrano's heart warms as the beautiful-eyed girl embraces him.

After waving his hand, Medelline ran out of the dark room. Although he believes in Cyrano, he still wants to prove the thing that is now in his grasp. He heard there was a famous gold trader on the ship.

Medelline was knocking constantly, the door of a room on the top floor of the ship she was on. A shady-faced middle-aged woman appeared as the door of the room opened.

"It turns out you, sweet girl. What's up?"

"Auntie, I want to ask you something about gold."

"Come in!"

The middle-aged woman before Medelline, was wide-eyed. He understood exactly what the girl was holding. Not just gold. Pure gold of the best quality.

"Tell me, where did you get it?"

"I ... I didn't steal Auntie!"

"I know! This gold is not from this area! The purity is higher.

"really?"

Medelline smiled happily as she exited the woman's room. The gold trader promised to buy the gold he had at a reasonable price after the ship docked in the destination city. For a while, he took her back to his room.

"You're back, Meddy?" robert asked as the door of the small room opened. He was almost asleep earlier.

"Yes, Dad."

"Tomorrow Daddy will be busier than today. You okay?"

"Hmmm, it's not a problem for Dad."

Unintentionally, Robert saw a glittering object in his daughter's hand. He hurriedly got up from his hammock.

"Dad taught you good things, Meddy. I'd be very disappointed if you did anything bad."

Medelline turned her face, looking at the father who looked so resolute.

"I didn't do anything bad, Dad."

"Come here!"

The girl walked slowly with fear towards her father.

"Open your hand!"

Medelline was terrified, she lowered her head and closed her eyes as she opened her palm.

"Dad didn't want to think bad, but, where did you get this?"

"I didn't steal it, Dad. I got it from ...."

"Where from?"

Medelline thought for a moment. He thought of an answer that might calm his father.

"God Hermes just passed by. He accidentally dropped some of these things, Dad."

Robert laughed at his daughter's response.

"Where could a God be so reckless."
