"Whose medicine is this?" muttered Ummi Zainab while watching the medicine , he tried to read his name but it was written in English that he did not understand.

"Yes, Ummi." Arin took the bread that was on the table and he ate it voraciously, not out of hunger, but just to make the Umminya happy.
