Next day.
"What are you doing here, Dodi? You sleep here, huh?" pekik Bu Nining when he saw Dodi who chose to sleep on the sofa of the television room.
Dodi rubbed his eyes then tried to smile at the middle-aged woman. "No, Mom. I woke up and ended up sitting here waiting for the morning. But, I finally fell asleep again," replied Dodi lying.
Bu Nining rolled both of her eyeballs. "Yes, already. You'd better get ready soon," Ms. Nining continued later.
Bu Nining stepped foot into the kitchen and the woman bent her face back when she saw Bi Surti working alone in the room. "Did Arini not help you anymore, Surti?" ask Ms. Nining.
Bi Surti who was busy frying fish, immediately turned to look at Bu Nining. The waiter smiled then shook his head slowly. "It's okay, Miss Nining. After all this has become a job and I can still do it myself" Bi Surti replied.
"Yes, you're right, Surti. But, if left unchecked, the woman could really be lazy and happy to talk to her feet without doing anything," upset Bu Nining.
Bi Surti smiled wryly. He did not understand how Bu Nining could still say that. Arini is currently at the lowest point of her life. While the middle-aged woman did not care at all.
Meanwhile, Arini was preparing in her room. The woman looks very pretty in the work uniform that Mrs Arniz gave her yesterday. Tight white shirt that is attached tightly to his body with a blend of short black knee-length span skirt.
Not to forget, shoes wedges pantofel which now wrapped the smooth legs of the woman. A pair of shoes deliberately given by Mrs Arniz for him because he was willing to work in the woman's boutique.
A few minutes later.
After picking up her bag, Arini rushed out of the room. With steady steps, Arini continued to explore room after room in his residence. His heart wants to embrace a new life. Finally, he meets Anissa who just came out of the room.
The woman bent her face as she met Arini's eyes. Anissa was upset that she thought last night that Dodi had spent the night with his first wife. Arini seemed to not care. He didn't care what Anissa's reaction was.
Besides being upset, Anissa also looks confused by the appearance of Arini who looks like a career woman. Looks beautiful and amazing. Arini continued to move her legs, while Anissa was still walking behind Arini with a considerable distance.
When passing through the dining room, Arini's appearance again became the center of attention. Dodi and Bu Nining who had gathered there immediately got up from his chair and tried to approach the woman.
"Arini, where are you going?" dodi asked with a astonished face watching Arini's appearance that looked very beautiful. Not only Dodi, but Miss Nining looked confused. The woman even looked at Arini without blinking a single bit.
"From today on I'm going to work, Mas Dodi. So, you don't have to worry about me too much. If I'm late for home, it means I'm still working" replied Arini steadily.
"Work what, where?" sela Bi Nining. However, Arini did not answer. The woman had already left them in the room.
"Actually what's he's working on? I became curious, indeed there is a yes, who is willing to accept Junior High School graduates," muttered Bu Nining while chuckling softly as if underestimating Arini's work.
"Yes, Mom. The same question. I also had time to think like that. Right now, let alone SMP, who graduated from High School is hard to find a job," continued Anissa who had just arrived in the dining room and then took a position in one of the chairs.
Dodi, who was just silent after hearing Arini's words, is now soon after the woman.
"Come! What do you actually work and where? I can take you if you want. We can go together" said Dodi who stepped up quickly, trying to align his steps with Arini.
"No need, Mom," replied Arini steadily.
"But, why? Don't tell me you'd rather go with Hendra than me, your husband?"
"Because our path is not unidirectional. Just like our lives today, our way of life is no longer in the same direction, Mas."
After saying that, Arini also stepped back and left Dodi who was now again glued to where he stood.
