"Ameera, leave everything to Allah SWT. All the trials of God, and will come back to Him. Pray to Him, may we be strengthened in this trial. Pray that He will give the best for us, and keep away all bad things." Amran said to worry in his son's heart could be a little reduced.
Amran looked at the clock on his wrist.
"Ameera, I have an appointment with Mr. RT, and must leave now" Amran said.
"Who's father going? Ameera, will you, Dad?" pinta Ameera who had stood up because she wanted to deliver her father.
"No need, son," Amran refused with a smile. "Dad picked up by car. So we don't have to worry, yeah. You just take Dad to the porch. I waited there" said Amran, smiling at Ameera.
"You go in, Ameera." Amran looked up and saw his son's face. Rubbing her son's hand channeled warmth.
"Are you sure you want to wait here alone?" asked Ameera, from her face she looked anxious if she had to leave her father alone.
"It's okay. This is our home. What should I be afraid of?"
"But it's night, huh?"
"It's okay. You just go in. Alisa's coming home soon, you're coming in." Amran smiled at Ameera's behavior. Not only was Ameera like that, Alisa would also do the same to him. She understood that her children were like that not because they were too possessive of her, but because they loved her.
"Then, wait a minute, Dad. Ameera got Dad a jacket." Without waiting for my approval, Ameera went straight into his father's room and picked up the jacket his father used to wear.
When Ameera arrived at the front, a black Avanza car was seen. He's sure it must be the car that's picking up his dad. With a quick step, Ameera went to her father and put a brown leather jacket on his body.
"Dad go yes, Meera. You be careful at home." Father reminded.
"Yes, I don't have to worry. Lisa is also coming home soon. Don't come home too late." Ameera kissed his father's hand and he immediately entered after the car carrying his father disappeared from sight.
Ameera chose to watch Tivi. Although the remote was in his hands, Tivi, who was already alive, could not steal Ameera's attention to watch it. He was in front of Tivi, but again his mind drifted far out of nowhere.
"Right Dad said, I have to leave all this to Allah SWT. I also have to start from loving my future husband, Mas Farhan," he murmured pensively.
We cannot escape from a separation. Although heavy, when we still love him and always think about it, but it turns out he is no longer ours.
God has predestined that he is not your soul mate.
Ameera refocused herself on watching Tivi, and soon after, Alisa returned home with a plastic bag bearing the Ind*m*r*t strike.
"Sister, Alisa bring snacks for Brother. Here, everything is for Brother." Alisa handed over a large plastic bag to Ameera.
Ameera saw, a lot of snacks that Alisa brought for her.
"This is all for Brother? For you where?" Ameera saw her brother's hand empty, holding nothing.
"Share it to the kids at TPA, sister. They must be happy." Alisa opened her hijab out of rage. "Sister, Alisa take a shower first. After that we had dinner together." He went straight into his room, not long before he entered their bathroom located in the kitchen.
Because Ameera had started to rumble earlier, she immediately prepared all the food on the table to eat together. He was deliberately waiting for Alisa, his sister. Because eating alone will not be good, for people who have been used to eating together it seems.
While at Dion's house, Ameera always ate by herself. He who usually ate with his family, was very lonely at that time. However, all food must be swallowed so as not to feel hungry. Dion rarely goes home. And when mealtime came, Dion was never home. And Wenda, always eating alone, wouldn't take Ameera. After the mother-in-law ate, Ameera was allowed to eat.
Ameera went through everything sincerely, without complaining to anyone. She also refuses to tell her sister, afraid that Alisa will tell her father.
*Flashback*
"Well, you were there? Move aside! I want to eat." Wenda walked over deliberately crashing a bit of her body with Ameera, until the woman staggered.
"Sit's right there!" Wenda pointed at Ameera who almost landed her buttocks on the wooden chair.
"Why, Mom?" ameera asked who was forced to stand again.
"I'm not used to eating with other people! What else is a person like you" he pointed to Ameera. "Wait for me to finish eating, you can eat!" added again.
"But, Mom?"
"Don't say much, go to the kitchen there. Clean up this house first, you can eat. Don't be a slacker, I deliberately fired all the helpers so that you do it" said Wenda, who blatantly hates Ameera.
The atmosphere of this house looks different. The first time I came here, there was some ART taking care of this house. But now, a single one is invisible. It's only my first day here, may I live my days ahead here.
"Mas Dion, where are you going, ma'am? Do you know?" ameera asked before actually leaving in front of Wenda.
"You are his wife! Why even ask me. Newly married, already looks not becus. be a wife." ketus Wenda while chewing his food. But, what Wenda said, was still clearly heard by Ameera.
"I've contacted him, but it's not answered."
"of course. Because I told her not to care about you. What are you hoping for? He has to work, to meet my needs. Don't spoil!" sulk Wenda is heartless.
Yesterday we just got married, but from last night until now, I haven't seen Mas Dion's face yet. Is this the so-called newlyweds that people tell about?
"Later after this, you move your things to the guest room. Not in Dion's room!" chirped again.
"No. That's my husband's room, Mom. So I also have the right to sleep in that room." Ameera refused.
"Bas on stubborn women!" Wenda left the dining table, because she had already finished eating.
After their wedding day, Dion only returned to the house three times. Every time Dion came home, Dion would sleep in the guest room.
*flashback off*
"Sister, why are you pensive in front of the food? Let's eat," asked Alisa who was sitting next to her sister.
"Come on."
"Where is Father, Brother? Why not eat with us?" alisa asked, her eyes twisting everywhere looking for her father's whereabouts.
"Dad is gone" Meera replied.
After eating, they both wash all the eating utensils while interspersed with their jokes. Alisa is also very passionate about her work.
When finished, Ameera took ablution. But inside the bathroom, after urinating she instead smiled when she saw her monthly guest had arrived.
"It turns out my monthly guest has arrived. It's always like this, not felt when it comes. And the cycle is always erratic. Sometimes it's faster, sometimes it's longer" he murmured.
"It seems, it's time, I accept the arrival of Mas Farhan's family at any time. But, do I need to preach it?" Ameera was puzzled by the questions that were milling around in her head.
