Grizz who had been back and forth looking out felt relieved when he knew the Kai family was home. He immediately came down and was about to leave the house. His move was stopped by Ben.

" Ben, what are you doing?"

Ben was breathing rough. He knows the condition of the house is now grieving over Kai's accident. He didn't want Griz to mess up there.
