In a corner of the city was a man grimacing in pain. He was being treated for his wounds but without anesthesia.

" Dammit!! What are you guys doing. If this is how I can be healed. There I'll die in pain!" scream the man.

But everything is flinching. Even the man immediately closed his mouth so as not to talk much. And it really worked, the bullets Silvya released in both hands and both legs could be removed.  Yes, that man is Hugo. Hugo was taken to Jason's place. Jason is a doctor friend of Silvya and Arduino. And Jason is ordered by Silvya to treat Hugo without giving him anesthesia. Cruel indeed, but what Hugo did was more cruel.

" Shhhh aah. You're all assholes!"

" Stop yelling sir. You should be grateful Q didn't throw you on the street. With full of wounds. My prediction is you will only lose the ability of both your hands. But your feet are still okay. Perhaps with expert treatment, your hands will return to function at least after the next 5-10 years."

Everyone from the Joyodiningrat residence ran towards Kai's nursing room. Time shows at 02:00 in the morning. They all wear pajamas.

Kiran had been crying the whole way. He can't think anything at the moment. After hearing her husband in the hospital Kiran felt her whole bones as if they had come out of her body. He fell down immediately. Of course, this situation makes Rama and Sita panic. The daughter-in-law is pregnant, Kiran should not be stressed.

Dika was shocked to see the entire Joyodiningrat family running towards IGD.

" Doctor how is my husband doing."

" Doctor Dika, Kai how? Is there anything serious?"

" What's Doc, Doc?"

Dika who was standing with Nataya the son was made a little confused by the question asked by the entire Kai family.

" Mother, father, and all please calm down. I'll take you all to Kai's room."

Without much ado, Dika's doctor immediately brought the entire Kai family into the patient's room. He knew that everyone was worried about the man. Not only them, even his wife and son were worried about Kai as well.

Actually Kiran was not angry, she was just too worried. Rama and Sita breathed a sigh of relief as well as the triplet.

Rama's question made Dika's doctor a little surprised. He scratched his head that was not itchy. But then he calmed down again. The doctor took a deep breath and took it out slowly.

Kai did not care about the doctor. He kept lifting his wife's body up the gurney.

Doctor Dika directly approached Kiran, he examined Kai's wife for a moment

" He was just exhausted and stressed from surprise."

But immediately Dika's gaze was fixed on Kai's arm. It looks like blood is seeping in there. The doctor also breathed out violently.

" Huft, if my patients are all the same as you then I choose early retirement. Kai, you don't want to be alone. You just finished the operation!!"

Dika's shout of success made everyone shocked. The doctor who was notoriously cold and patient-looking could shout like that. 

Kai only scratched his head that was not itchy. He realized his mistake. Dika's doctor also asked Nataya to take medicine and bandages to replace Kai's wound bandage. Everyone fell silent there until Kai asked everyone to go back home and let Kiran stay there.
