MY HUSBAND CHEATED ON MY BEST FRIEND

MY HUSBAND CHEATED ON MY BEST FRIEND
CHAPTER 60. GETTING WORSE

Three days Alma was in Malang city to follow the headmaster's class as a representative of his city. Tk Affairs. Kuncup Melati was handed over to Niken as the main person in charge and assisted by five teachers including Ida and Heni.

And today it is time to establish a commemorative committee of HUT RI in that school. Finally, after a meeting of teachers and guardians of students or better known as paguyuban, Heni was elected as chairman of his committee.

'I am satisfied today, the teachers and guardians believe in my ability to lead this important event. It just so happens that Alma is not there for three days. I will try hard to find sympathy and praise from all sides. That way, I will be considered as the principal in place of Alma. Then the next step, Alma's fate is in my hands...' Heni sparkled and smiled with satisfaction after he was trusted by all parties.

His steps are more upright and confident, as if he can master everything. Moreover, Niken, Ida and other teachers have begun to play. As if they were very supportive of the steps taken by Heni in carrying out his duties. And behind it all, they wanted to trap and get rid of Heni by his own actions.

"Mr Niken, we should immediately prepare some races for the children. Do not forget also we involve the guardian of students in the race so that it gets more exciting." Let's get Heni to open talks at the office after the meeting.

"I agree, Mrs Heni. Whatever Mrs Heni does, we support it. Everyone agrees, right?" Sahut Niken smilingly looked at Ida and the other teachers.

"Agree," replied Ida and the others almost simultaneously with a smile of falsehood.

"Because it's noon, we continue the race preparation tomorrow morning. I hope that Miss Niken, Miss Ida and everyone can work together well, so that this event can run successfully." Heni continued to give the guide again.

"OK," They agreed and immediately packed out of school because the lesson and meeting had finished.

'It's easy to master them. I think it takes more effort, in the absence of Alma, the teachers in this school are easily influenced and obedient to me.' Heni muttered as he stepped towards the parking lot. And immediately leave school accompanied by a new motorcycle that is still on credit. In order to maintain appearance and prestige, he did not want to ride a motorbike butut, even though credit would be done. This will increase their spending each month.

Life is a choice. And every choice has its risks. Sometimes we as humans don't think much about what we choose. Just think of momentary satisfaction, to misstep and result in self-difficulty.

Arriving at home, Heni began to put on a proud smile even too proud and seemed more arrogant.

"Mom, I'm gonna take a break. I had a lot to take care of. Understand ma'am, I'm now trusted to be the chairman of the committee at the school. Princess let me be the same mother first! If I'm not tired, my daughter must be nurturing herself." Speak Heni lightly without burden.

Anton's wife did not take the time to look at her son for a moment. He did not hesitate to go to the dining table and took a plate of rice and side dishes, then devoured it until it ran out.

Just like the princess's attitude. He did not want to know, how troublesome the old mother-in-law was to cook all the food in front of him now. Come, sit, eat, sleep. Amboi lives the life of Heni.

Seeing the behavior of her selfless daughter-in-law, Halimah could only shut up and take a deep breath. Heni's in-laws are typical of women who prefer to budge rather than speak their true heart. All he did for the happiness of his children, especially his favorite son, Anton.

After finishing lunch and a glass of water, Heni stepped into the room, not forgetting to close the door. Hinted he would not be bothered in enjoying his nap.

'Until when I'm like this. Take care of my grandchildren morning till noon there is no substitute.' Grievance mom Halimah in the heart, while staring at the door of Heni's room that has been closed tightly.

"Oek.. oek..." The Princess' cry echoed in the medium-sized house of Halimah's mother. Even though just Anton's birth mother was laying down his body because of fatigue.

Quickly the woman who began to stagger because she was still tired, sat down and put the Princess on her lap.

"Cup.cup... Dear. Grandma's grandson is thirsty? Moments ago make milk first." Then Halimah came down from the bed and put her granddaughter on the bed.

The grandson cried again with a louder voice. Until mom Halimah hastened her steps towards the kitchen to clean the bottle and spring to make formula milk for her beloved granddaughter.

What is the power of an in-law. Actually, Miss Halimah once reminded Heni, that formula milk is not good for the baby. Better and quality drinking AS per the advice of doctors and midwives. But for various reasons, Heni refused his in-laws' advice outright. One of the reasons is that she does not want to be a housewife who only struggles at home. She will be a career woman to help meet the needs of the family. A cliche reason to cover the selfishness of a mother like Heni.

Once felt enough, ma'am Halimah hastened her steps because she heard the Princess's crying that became more and more. Until the woman who looked tired was slipped by the splash of water from the rest of the washing bottle earlier.

Sreth. gedebug.

His vulnerable body fell down with a bent position, until the head of the forehead hit the floor and left bruises. Likewise with the right hand trying to find a handle so as not to fall, instead nudging gallons of water until it rolls over and the water spills into the kitchen floor.

"Heni! Heni...!! Please Hen...!!!" shouted Halimah while crying withstanding the pain in her head and part of her body.

The hope of Miss Halimah to get help from her daughter-in-law did not come. Heni's door was still tightly shut, there was no sign of sound from inside the room.

'Oh Allah, I have a headache. Who will help me???' Lamentations of Halimah while holding her head that most felt pain at that time.

"Heni!! Heni...!!! Help!!!" Ms. Halimah was incessantly calling out the name of the only human who was expected to help her in the house.

Halimah's voice grew louder, until her screams came out of the house. It just so happens that Joko and Nana are walking in front of her house.

"Bu Nana, does anyone seem to be shouting for help?" said Ms. Joko while stopping her steps.

"Yes, Miss Joko. I heard it too. It was the voice of Halimah. What the hell's going on? Come on Mom, let's go to her house!!!" Ms. Nana gave a warning to the woman next to her. The two ran to the front door of Halimah's house and immediately opened it because it happened to be not in the key.

"Please!!! Help!!!" yells mom Halimah while moaning in pain.

Arriving in the kitchen, Joko and Nana's mom immediately stopped their steps. Both of them did not expect to see the old woman lying in a puddle with her face down.

"Oh Allah, Miss Halimah. Careful, Mom. Here I help you stand." Shouted bu Joko so shocked. But deftly immediately helped both hands of Halimah's mother to stand up and swept her way towards the dining room chair that became one with the kitchen.

"Oek. oek... oek.." the crying voice of the children of Heni and Anton increasingly shrill. To make Nana and Joko's ears panic.

"Please, Miss Nana. Give that bottle to my granddaughter. My granddaughter is still in the room. Poor granddaughter must be thirsty." Halimah's voice shrieked while enduring the pain. His hand pointed towards the milk bottle lying on the floor not far from his seat.

"Yes, Mom" Sahut bu Nana quickly, then stepped up to take the milk bottle and immediately headed to the room where the Princess was laid on the mattress.

A moment later, the cries of Heni and Anton's children subsided. The atmosphere of the house looks quiet.

"What happened, Miss Halimah. Why did it fall like that?" asked Bu Joko while wiping the body of the old woman in front of him using a towel.

"I was panicking, Mom, hearing my granddaughter's cry. Until it slipped and accidentally my hand even rolled the gallon." Answer Halimah with a sad face. He was still twitching his blackened head and protruding from being hit by the floor.

"Mom alone at home?" ask Joko again.

"Hmm. there is Heni in the room" replied Halima stammering. He hesitated to answer Joko's question this time. But, he finally chose to be straightforward.

"Lho... So Halimah's daughter-in-law is home now??? Didn't the mother's daughter-in-law hear her son's cry??? Didn't you hear my screams for help??? Astaghfirullah azim." Bu Joko stroked his chest while shaking his head at Halimah's unexpected answer.

Ms. Halimah replied with a nod of her head while crying.
