The King read the report carefully, not a single number escaped from his examination.
"Is it possible they falsified the report?"
"It seems so, Your Majesty," replied Antony.
"Your Majesty? Antony?" Eliana awoke from her sleep and headed back to the passenger seat.
He looked at the king with a stack of reports and a tablet in his hand.
"Your Majesty, Mr. Antony, please return to your seats and wear your seatbelt" the flight attendant said in a personal statement to the two royal dignitaries.
The flight attendant helped the king clear his documents. There was also another flight attendant who helped Eliana put her seatbelt on.
"Your Majesty, we're reporting that the plane will be landing soon." The flight attendant informed His Majesty personally, unlike on commercial planes in general.
So did the other flight attendants, also telling Eliana the same thing.
"Antony, looks like we need to get to Arshville again after Noirland!"
"Right, Your Majesty," answered Antony from behind the king's seat. "But ... What about Miss Eli? Do I have to be sent back to the palace first?"
"Take him, let him come. Because her life as a Queen will not be easy" replied the King.
Meanwhile, Eliana sat in front some distance away from the King. But he could still hear a fleeting conversation from king Gerald with his advisor.
Even when I felt exhausted and fell asleep, His Majesty the King still worked hard despite being on the plane.
I must not waste the opportunity of learning given by the King. If His Majesty brings me to Arshville, I should be of any use to him.
Eliana sat down, and was determined to accompany the king who would be her husband wholeheartedly.
A slight shock was felt on Eliana's seat bench. The plane made landfall on the Noirland runway.
Noirland uses white as a form of grief and this is inversely proportional to Raisilian who tends to use dark colors to mourn.
The guards from Raisilian followed the three men, although from Noirland himself gave a special welcome and care for the important people of Raisilian.
The field where the cremation ceremony has begun to be crowded. The higher-ups of the Noirland kingdom were already lined up.
Not to forget also the Kings and Queens of other kingdoms and some of their representatives came to say condolences.
King Gerald, Eliana and Antony approach a woman who stands closest to King Jeremy's body.
The body had been piled with firewood on top and was ready to be burned.
"Your Majesty the queen mother" Gerald said to the woman in white who was crying.
The woman looked up and looked at King Gerald.
The king hugged the woman for a moment.
"Thank you for coming. You are well enough to hold my daughter-in-law and granddaughter there" said the old woman with a voice stuck in her throat.
"They're fine. Queen Allura will soon be cured under the care of our doctor, the queen mother need not worry."
The Queen mother nodded and thanked Gerald. But then he fell silent, pecking in his place. Not saying a word.
"You ... Eliana, that was yesterday?" ask the queen mother who suddenly hugged Eliana.
"I-iya the queen mother," Eliana replied awkwardly as she suddenly hugged him very tightly.
The queen mother was about to say something to Eliana but the bodyguard approached her first. "Your Majesty, it's time to light the cremation fire, please!"
