Seeing Madeline who was sad, made Pierre ask all the Doctors in the room to come out. He'll calm Madeline down after this.

"You're all out! Let me handle this," Pierre kicked all the doctors out.

All the Doctors in the room came out, only Pierre and Madeline were left in the room.

Madeline's sobbing still filled the patient's room, a bitter cry in Pierre's ear.

"It doesn't have to be that way, I never felt the loss you felt, but that doesn't mean we feel like a failure, don't you know for yourself? Every life there's a death,"

"You're not a god who can define a patient's life in your hands, everything is set."

Without him knowing, if human destiny is set by God. And also, he is only an intermediary is not the regulator of life.

Pierre nodded, his choice set on a Japanese food stall. Yes, sushi and ramen. But make no mistake, all the menus in the hospital canteen have been ensured hygienic.

After ordering food for himself and Madeline, Pierre headed straight for the tavern. To relieve the thirst he felt at this moment.
