Melika felt her shoulder like it was being hit by water seepage. Could Jian be crying?

"Are you okay?" ask Melika.

Jian did not answer his question, he actually hugged Melika even tighter. Melika's large body, of course, makes her feel claustrophobic. Jian was like a child hugging a teddy bear.

"Yes, great. We're going back to the hotel?" asked Jian.

"Whatever," said Melika.

"Are you hungry?" asked Jian.

"A little bit" said Melika smiling.

Jian smiled and gave Melika the bag.

"I buy food, you can eat it" Jian said. Melika also took the grocery bag. They got out of the car and stood side by side while looking out at the ocean.

"So, who was that woman?" ask Melika curious. The reason is, there is no way Jian is that sad if nothing happens between him and the woman.

"Him? She's the woman I've loved for years. I had let him down, therefore he left me," Jian said.

"Is that Father's fault?" ask Melika.

"For him, maybe so," said Jian.

"So you chose not to get married?" ask Melika.

"There are so many women who are close to the Father, is there nothing that can captivate the heart of the Father?" ask Melika.

Jian chuckled and led Melika back to the hotel. He's not happy if he takes Melika out for longer.

"What's wrong?" asked Jian.

Jian smiled and walked into his room without saying anything more.
