Ardo clasped Valerie's hand and stared at her.

" Sorry ... Uncle is too focused on your father's accident case. Until you forget about you and end up unable to find your existence," said Ardo Lirih.

Valerie seemed to be shedding tears. His hand moved and held Ardo's hand.

The call was cut off. Nik didn't get up from where he stood.

Nik had deliberately locked the room because many valuables belonged to his master there.

Irza very rarely visited the central company because she was busy with other companies.

" If you mind, then that marriage will never happen. You deserve to be happy by being married to the man you love" Ardo said.

Valerie was silent. He did not dare to answer because he did not love the man.

Irza looked at Valerie who lowered her head. Then she took her hand off the woman and made Valerie lift her gaze.

Irza left the room leaving Valerie there.

Everyone stared in surprise at Irza who looked disappointed. Valerie hasn't answered Ardo's questions.

Not necessarily, the woman would refuse. But Irza guessed that Valerie would not accept her proposal because the woman was thinking.
