Dev held Zea's hand out of the mansion. He opened the car door for his wife, and Zea got into the car.

Dev drove his car straight out of the mansion after he sat in his steering chair.

Dev wants to take his wife to the hospital to check on Zea.

Zea looked out the window while looking at the not-so-crowded streets.

His smile expanded when he saw the chocolate cake shop on the side of the road.

" Stops in front, Dev. I want to buy that cake" said Zea, pointing to the chocolate bar.

Dev stopped his car on the side of the road.

" I'll buy it for you. You just wait here, okay," said Dev, taking off his sitbelt.

" no. I want to come along, I want to pick and see what kind of cake is in the tavern" Zea said as she opened her sitbelt as well.

Then they got out of the car at the same time.

Far behind their car was a car that had followed Dev's car.

" Attack the woman now," someone ordered from inside the car to someone sitting next to her.

" Good boss," said the man, then straight out of the car.

When he got out of the car. The car seemed to have gone straight from that place. While the person was leisurely walking closer to the one Zea was standing in front of the tavern.

Zea was busy choosing which cake she wanted to buy. While Dev, the man seemed busy picking up the call from his phone.

The man wearing all black clothes walked leisurely towards Zea. He was seen looking at the situation around while continuing to draw closer towards Zea.

The man directly stuck a folding knife in Zea's lower abdomen. He escaped after thrusting the knife into Zea's body.

Zea who was in shock seemed to be holding her stomach which was now bleeding.

Then the woman who was about to give Zea's order screamed when she saw the blood coming out of Zea's body.

" Abkkhh ... Ahaahh!!" yelled the woman.

Everyone seemed to be looking in his direction. Including Dev. Then Dev saw the clothes Zea was wearing that had a lot of blood.

" Jea!!" yelled Dev who immediately approached the wife and immediately caught Zea's body that was about to fall.

" Open your eyes!! Who did this to you!!" shout Dev.

" So there was a man wearing all-black clothes approaching, sir. Then the man ran away" said an eyewitness who caught a glimpse of the incident.

" Can you drive? I had to take my wife to the hospital and keep her from closing her eyes" Dev said anxiously.

" I'll take you, sir."

Dev immediately handed over his car keys and got into the car with Zea's body.

The man drove the car straight to the nearest hospital.

" Bio ... Open your eyes. Be aware," Dev said as he shook Zea's body.

Zea was still half conscious. He tried to keep his eyes open which was already very heavy.

Then Dev sees the blood on Dev's hand while carrying Zea's body.

' Why did blood come out on that part?' inner Dev wondered.

His mind began to be confused to see the state of Zea with a stomach drenched in blood. And he doesn't want to think about anything else.

But it also disturbed his mind.

Now they have arrived at the hospital. Dev immediately carried Zea's body out of the car and ran towards the ER room.

" HURRY MY WIFE!! HE'S SPOUTING A LOT OF BLOOD!!" shout Dev.

The nurses and doctors took care of Zea.

Dev desperately waited for his wife outside the room. The man was seen pacing back and forth uncharacteristically and unable to think.

He's like Dejavu. Dev remembers Zea's accident and puts the woman in a coma. He was so afraid it would happen to his wife again.

After a few minutes. The doctor came out of the room and approached Dev.

"What about my wife?" ask Dev worriedly.

" Look. The stab wound was deep enough to tear the membrane that was in the wall of his uterus. We have to perform surgery and remove the fetus."

" We must act quickly, sir. She had already lost a lot of blood from the wound and also bleeding from her pregnancy" the doctor said.

Dev seemed to have no energy to support his body weight. The man leaned against the wall and tried to digest the words of the doctor.

" sir. You must be strong. And you have to decide, this is for your wife's safety!" the doctor said again firmly.

Dev just nodded his head.

" Do your best to save my wife's life" Dev said in a trembling tone.

" all right. You'll have to sign this approval letter" the doctor said.

Then the nurse standing behind the doctor approached Dev and gave him the documents that Dev had to sign.

Doubtfully Dev moved his hand that was tightly grasping the ballpoint pen on the white paper.

After that he immediately sat on the hospital floor with a strong grip on his head hair.

Her tears were flowing and she was crying.

Someone from afar looked at Dev who was sitting on the floor and approached him.

" Dv .." call Dr. Nadin.

Dev did not look. He just kept crying while lowering his head.

Dev did not answer. Then Nadin's doctor went straight into the ER room.

He was so surprised to see Zea being treated by one of the doctors.

" What's wrong with her?" ask doctor Nadin.

" He was stabbed to the point of tearing part of the wall of his uterus. And we have to remove the fetus" the doctor explained.

Doctor Nadin was speechless.

" Hurry and prepare the operating room." The doctor's orders were on one of his nurses.

Far away in Paris France. Gita looks paced back and forth with her mobile phone.

" Where is this girl. Why didn't he pick up my phone" said Gita annoyed.

" Maybe he's busy at his company, Honey," said Dimas, who was sitting on the edge of the bed.

" no. I've contacted the company but Zea's not in. Where's she?" said Gita.

" Be calm. You can call him back later, Okay," said Dimas, approaching his wife and wiping his arm.

" I'll call Momy." Gita sits down on the couch and tries to contact Lisa.

First missed call.

" Why does everyone seem to be so busy today" muttered Gita as she kept calling Momy's phone.

Second missed call. And after the third call there was an answer.

" mom ... Why did you take my phone so long. Have you guys been there to forget about me!!" gita said in an annoyed tone.

There was no response from Lisa.

" mom ... Can you hear me?" gita said with an uneasy feeling.

The woman only heard sobs from across her phone.

Gita fell silent, she was so sure that something was going on with her family.

" Momy ...," call Gita again in a slightly gentle tone.

" Zea was stabbed by someone, Gita. And she had to lose her baby" Lisa said in a trembling voice.
