My Son Is My Strength

My Son Is My Strength
Marvel (Part 2)

Dian was silent digesting all the Marvel stories, it felt like he had heard a similar story like this. But who ever told him.

"Then how is the woman?" Dian asked a little, who knew he could think back to who had told him such a story.

"The woman is fine now, because she is so tough.... You know, if another woman would abort her womb or even commit suicide. The woman did not, she maintained her womb and kept it well until her son was now six years old." Marvel replies while imagining Arini and Azzam.

"Where do you know that she's okay, that having a six-year-old?" Dian kept asking, in order to get a complete shadow about the person who had told her.

"I knew it because I was always watching him from afar. If he's in trouble I'm secretly helping him. Until my cousin sought my whereabouts for the reckoning for framing him, I was forced to hide abroad, and couldn't help the woman when her troubles were thrown out of her rented house by the people who lived there." Dian listened to Marvel's story carefully.

"Until three found out here, I returned secretly and still live under the watchful eye of my cousin. And at that very moment, it turned out that the woman had started her business, I helped her slowly by giving her an investment for her business. When we first met, I first met his three-year-old son. The boy was very cute, and his face was very similar to my cousin." Marvel smiled in his sad face, Dian noticed the change in Marvel's face.

"Why are you suddenly smiling?" Tanya Dian frowned.

"That meeting made me fall in love at first sight with that woman. At first I helped and looked after him just because I wanted to break through all my mistakes and my uncle's mistakes. But it turns out, I loved her, and I loved her adorable son." Marvel is sad again.

"Have you revealed your heart?" Dian asked Kepo, forgetting her original plan to recall who had told her about it.

Marvel shook her head slowly, "I didn't dare to, until my whereabouts were rediscovered by my cousins and I was forced to go back abroad, leaving them both unsaid. I went back into hiding, like a little mouse scared of being snatched by a snake."

"And a few months ago, I ventured out of the hiding hole. It was my heart to be brave, my love for her that strengthened all that. I started by always sending her a big rose, and hoped that one day I could give her a bouquet of roses." Marvel's face is getting sad.

"That means you came back here to give her a bouquet of roses, and say your love?" Dian asked and got back the nod of the head from Marvel.

"Have you said that?" Marvel nodded slowly as the answer.

"Jeez." Dian patted his own jidat not out of thought. "You've loved her one knows, two years, three knows." Dian counted with her finger, as she got from the Marvel story.

"Y-yeah, I-I did love her that long." Marvel replied in a faltering tone, confirming Dian's calculations.

"Have secretly loved her for that long, still not declaring love." Sesal Dian's.

"He doesn't like me." Answer Marvel briefly.

"Can't try yet." Dian Timpal.

"Free." Marvel's desperate.

"Why? Shouldn't love be preserved?!" Dian is still firmly in his stance, so that Marvel declares his love for the woman.

"Yes, love must be maintained, but do not hurt the hearts of those we love or the hearts of others again. Shouldn't love also have the courage to sacrifice?" Marvel asked back with an ambiguous answer.

"meaning?" Dian frowned, not understanding.

"She's getting married in a few days, and I'm not going to mess that up just because of my one-sided love. Moreover, the one who will marry her is my cousin, so let me alone endure all this. They both deserve to be happy, especially that woman. And I think he'll be happy with my cousin." The little issue escaped back in Marvel's mouth, he's getting down deep.

"Hmmm.I'm sorry, not that I don't understand your problem. But it would be better if everything was taken out, right? So, I still want to ask.it feels really awkward if I don't ask." Dian seemed hesitant to ask, because he saw the condition of Marvel.

"Just ask. I'm fine, I'm so grateful and grateful that you've been listening to my story ever since and are willing to leave your food behind." Marvel tried to calm himself.

"Yes, you're right. I was willing to leave behind the food I so desperately wanted to eat." Dian nodded, agreeing with Marvel's words. "So what I want to ask.... Where did you find out that she was going to marry your cousin. And what's the name of the woman you've been telling me about since?" Ask Dian maybe one last time.

"I think you already know the answer to both of your questions." Marvel answered, looking at Dian. And the woman frowned deeply, seemingly not understanding the meaning of the answer.

"You want me to explain what the answer means?" Ask Marvel and get a nod from Dian.

"Why am I saying you know the answer? Because you were alone at the time it happened."

"You mean i-it's...." Dian second guessing.

"Yes, she's Arini, the one I've loved all along." Dian was silent, at a loss for words. It turns out that his best friend was the one who was told since, the pantasan he felt he had heard a similar story. "And I don't think I need to recount the incident, do I?" Marvel stopped telling stories.

They both fell silent, thinking their own thoughts. And before long Marvel's phone rang, eliminating the silence that had been created between the two.

"Yes.. hello." Marvel picked up her phone in front of Dian.

"Sir, I've got the apartment just like you wanted. And I guarantee this place won't be reached by Mr. Bian." Tell the person on the phone.

"All right, I'll be there soon. Thanks for your help." Marvel hung up after one or two more sentences.

"Yes, my body needs rest now." Answer Marvel, stagger.

"Let me help." Dian immediately reached Marvel's arm without her consent.

"Eh. ti--"

"I forced." Dian's saying cuts off Marvel's speech.

And Marvel could not say anything more, other than just obey Dian's words. And actually he needed help from Dian, because he was not able to walk alone.

Arriving at the parking lot, Marvel got in his car and immediately sat in front of the driver.

"You can drive yourself? Didn't you drink a lot?"

"I can still drive myself, you don't have to worry about me." Marvel said smilingly looking at the worried strokes from Dian's face, without any more look of her sad face. Like Marvel has calmed down because it has told Dian all the problems.

"Who is worried, pede is very much a person." Dian turned his face away.

Marvel smiled again, then.... "This is for you as a sign of my gratitude for hearing such unimportant curses." Marvel thrust a bouquet of white Lily flowers at Dian.

"For me?" Show Dian to herself.

"For whom else?" Marvel asked back.

"Eh. don't want to." Dian nodded quickly.

"Why? You're afraid this flower actually wants me to give it to someone else?" Marvel guessed, not getting an answer from Dian.

"You take it easy, this flower I don't want to give to anyone before. I don't know why I bought it with roses." Dian turned to Marvel, then to Lily's flower that was thrust at him. "And now I want to give you this flower, so accept it as a sign of my gratitude." Marvel is still throwing flowers at Dian.

Dian saw the flower for a moment, and then he accepted it. "Together, your thank you sign I received." Dian.

"All right, I'll go first." Dian nodded, Marvel started to run the car.

Dian looked at the departure of Marvel, then saw the flowers that were given to him. She smiled as she smelled Lily's flower.
