Why Suddenly?

Chiko is surprised to see Arfan in her company.

"Mr Arfan, what a pleasant surprise. You come to my company?" ask Chiko.

"Yes, you really don't have to say that because I came here just wanted to tell you the bad news about me being willing to invest some of mine in your company."

"What do you mean, Mr Arfan?"

"Mr Chiko, we're not going to talk about business here, are we?"

Chiko looked around, she then realized that she and Arfan were still in the company's living room.

Chiko then invites Arfan to go to her room. There Arfan accompanied by his secretary conveyed his goal of coming to Chiko's company.

"wait. Didn't you just yesterday agree to help my company?" chiko asked in surprise when the secretary from Arfan told her that he had come here to cancel what had become their agreement yesterday.

"Yes, that was before I learned the fact that your company was involved in cheating the amount of funds so that it made investors withdraw their investment in your company."

"Why all of a sudden?" ask Chiko.

"Sorry, Mr. Chiko. I have a lot of work to do today as well. So I hope you forgive me for not helping your company which is now in decline."

"Mr Arfan, aren't you ready to help your friend Dinda? this company is also his because Dinda is my wife now."

"If you really want me to help the company. I'm willing as long as you're willing to give up Dinda for me."

Chiko reflexes hitting the table. While Arfan smiled as if he was mocking Chiko.

"Why do you still hold on to a woman who clearly betrayed you and lied to you?"

"What do you mean?"

"What do I mean? Wouldn't it be equally uninteresting if I told you what I meant? you better find out for yourself what I mean."

Arfan and his secretary then choose to leave Chiko's room.

"I really don't understand and wonder why people who just met me immediately say that?" lirih Chiko's.

Meanwhile, Dinda soon decides to meet Arfan once Chiko says if Arfan has just come and cancels about his intention to help the company.

Unfortunately, Arfan just had to go out of town on business. I did not get to meet Dinda. That certainly made Dinda feel upset.

Chiko really could not rest in peace, as she thought about the fate of her company that would be completely bankrupt within the next week if she did not immediately find an investor.

On the other hand Chiko who saw Dinda fall asleep, suddenly recalled Arfan's words while he was in his office.

"Is it possible that Dinda betrayed me and lied about her pregnancy?"

Chiko then remembered the red mark she had found on the back of Dinda's neck, as well as Dinda's aggressive nature which seemed to be very eager to have sex with her.

"What might those two things have to do with what Arfan said. I'd better find out the truth soon. But before that it seemed like there was no other option for me to go back to talking about this with my father."

"Mama thought you came to meet with Aisyah and Almira."

"Are you going to persuade Papa to help our company which is now on the verge of collapse?"
