Mom Suspicious
Humaira was shocked because when she and the kids got home. Mom and Dad were waiting outside the house.
"Assalamualaikum, Mom, Papa. Been long?" Humaira immediately kissed the hands of her parents as soon as Humaira got off the car online.
"Just now, it just so happens that mom and dad just got home from business. Papa remembered Aisyah and Almira who were very fond of brownies and donuts. So we bought it and stopped by here."
"Gee, thank you so much Mama and Papa. Sorry for making you wait."
"It's okay, anyway we haven't been sitting here long before then you and the kids came" he said.
Humaira smiled then opened the door and allowed both her parents and the children to go inside.
Papa immediately invited Almira and Aisyah to eat donuts and brownies that he had bought on his way home.
Humaira walks into the kitchen to make a drink.
"Grandler.."
"Yes mom?"
"Did you go to the mall with Chiko?"
Deg !!
Humaira stopped her activity that was about to pour water into the pot.
"Humaira doesn't understand ma."
"So, Mama and Papa were on their way home. We saw that Chiko's car had just come out of the mall area. We glazed over from behind but Chiko didn't seem to hear it. You went with Chiko, right?"
Humaira turned on the stove to cover up her nervousness, she did not know what to say.
"Humaira, why don't you answer my mom's question?"
"Actually mas Chiko said if this weekend will have a meeting with his business colleagues in one of the malls."
"So you and the kids went alone?" mama asked who was nodding her head by Humaira.
"Where?"
"Ice cream shop ma, Humaira promised the kids to take her for ice cream this weekend."
Humaira smiled and hoped that the mother-in-law would not suspect anything.
"Why do I feel that something is wrong between Chiko and Humaira?" lirih Mama's.
"Did Mama say something?" ask Humaira.
"No, I was just wondering why Chiko hasn't changed and still works on weekends."
"It's okay ma, and soon enough, Chiko promised to spend time with us for an entire month."
"really?" ask Mama.
"Yes, it all starts next month."
"Why next month? like a deal."
Humaira simply smiled in response to the words from mama.
"Humaira, why do you feel like there's something you're hiding from you?"
"Mama is too much, Don't you know that all this time I couldn't hide the slightest thing from you?"
"Hmm, you're right. Maybe more precisely Mama is suspicious of Chiko, why she can promise to spend time with you and the kids next month. Why not start now."
"Maybe Chiko still have to rearrange his schedule for next month so that our togetherness will never be disturbed just because of work."
"Yes, I hope what you say is true. And I hope the suspicious feeler feels this is wrong."
"Without pain we will never learn to be strong, without disappointment we will never learn to be adults. Without loss, we will never learn the meaning. I hope you'll always be strong in whatever happens."

Humaira then carried a tray containing 2 warm drinks and carried them forward.
"Fight for things that are worth fighting for. Now is the time to find a bright spot to be choosy about the things you want to fight for" Humaira said.
Humaira tries to join together with her mama and papa who are joking with laughter along with Almira and Aisyah.
Papa and Mama continued to mention what time Chiko would be home. Humaira is always looking for reasons so that her parents are not suspicious, if tonight Chiko will spend the night in Dinda's apartment. Like the message Chiko just sent to Humaira.
At dusk, my mom and dad decided to go home.
"It's okay, there's actually a little Papa wants to talk to Chiko about. Chiko had also not been home for a long time, papa thought that today papa would be able to meet her."
"Humaira's inshallah will present this matter to Mas Chiko later when Mas Chiko returns home,"

Humaira invites children to enter in performing prayers together.
"Mom, what did that say was true?" aisha asked shortly after they had all finished praying together.
"Where is dear?"
"On father who will spend time with us without being disturbed by work."
"Of course, when did Aisyah find out if Mom ever lied?"
Aisyah smiled and immediately hugged Humaira.
Soon I'll have a chance to turn you down the right path, ma'am. I will not let you choose a path that will make you regret.
"Humaira's..."
"Mom, it's dad" said Almira.
"Beyond? you guys wait here and don't go anywhere. I'll see if it's really Dad or not."
Humaira immediately walked down the stairs and opened the door.
"Mass?" Humaira smiled to welcome the return of her husband.
"Humaira, did Mama and Papa come here?"
"Yes." Yeah."
"Then what did you say when they asked about my whereabouts?"
"Mas went to have a business meeting with a colleague?"
Chiko was seen breathing a sigh of relief then turned around like she was about to leave again.
"Mas, where are you going?" ask Humaira.
"Didn't I tell you that I'm staying at Dinda's apartment tonight? I just wanted to make sure you didn't say yes to mom and dad."

I thought you came home because you already realized that you shouldn't have left me and the kids. Turns out I was wrong.
Humaira stared at the departure from her husband, then went back inside and told Aisyah and Almira that the one who came was not their father. Except for Mr. RT who wants to borrow a shaker.
Meanwhile..
"Pa, Papa doesn't feel like there's something going on between Chiko and Humaira's household?" ask your mom when they are on their way home.
"Hmm, Papa also felt that way when he saw Humaira looking for an excuse when Papa asked when Chiko would return. Or ask roughly where Chiko usually meets with her business colleagues."
"When Mama and Humaira were in the kitchen, she noticed that there was an unusual gurgle from Humaira she was trying to hide something."
