Nanny For Young Master's

Nanny For Young Master's
Genius 61 - The lousy Child

"Nanny?" Nora patted him on the shoulder, making Nanny instantly wake up from her daydream.

"Huh?" Nanny looked at Nora with a confused look on her face.

"Why are you crying? You okay?" asked Nora with a face that was equally confused. He did not understand why the woman suddenly cried while she was explaining about Carver and Karl.

Nanny rubbed her face. He realized that he was crying. "Good God, why am I crying? I'm totally unconscious."

"You okay? Do you have a problem? If you have a problem, don't hesitate to tell me."

"I'm doing fine. Never mind, let's go back." Nanny quickened her pace.

"It's really weird" muttered Nora who then ran after him.

Why... I cry?

...*...

Carver was speechless with a pouting face. He sat facing out the window, watching everything that was going on out there.

Since morning, his mood had been a mess. Even until now, he still felt disappointed by what happened.

Carver had just returned after attending the Madam Colins class, and since returning home, he had only been sitting while staring out the window with a gloomy face.

"Young master!" Nanny approached the boy and stood by his seat.

Carver only turned a glance before finally looking back at the window. The man seemed to have no intention of answering his call at all.

"Why are you moody? Since this morning, you look sad, " asked meekly Nanny. He hopes Carver can explain what really happened to him.

Carver remained silent without answering. The man didn't care about the question at all.

"If the young master doesn't mind, you can tell me what's bothering you."

"You're the one who bothers me. Can you go and not bother me? I don't want to be disturbed. I want to be alone."

"Hm.., I don't think that's why."

"What's? Do you know what?"

"I don't know anything. So I asked, and you have to explain it so that I can understand."

"I don't want to. Go!" drive Carver away with a pissed face.

Nanny silently watched the boy. "I can't do it. I can't leave here before you explain what's really going on."

"I told you! I don't want to explain anything."

"But did you forget our deal?" said Nanny who in an instant made Carver speechless.

"What do you mean?" tanyakanya. Squinting his eyes, the boy glanced at Nanny.

"Have you forgotten or are you pretending to have forgotten the deal we made this morning?"

"I didn't say I agreed to it." Carver hurried to turn his face away. Of course he remembered very well with the agreement this morning.

"No-no! You've agreed, and we've made an opportunity. That means you can't break the deal we made." Nanny doesn't want to lose.

Damnit. Why should he remember? Really sucks! Carver grumbled in his heart.

Nanny stared at Carver very intensely. His eyes were on the boy in front of him.

"It's time to be honest now" Nanny said.

Carver glanced at Nanny through the tail of her eyes. I don't know why, but he was nervous. Nanny's gaze really weighed down on him.

"Young master." Nanny called him again.

Let it. I don't want to talk! Carver chose to shut up. He really didn't want to tell Nanny everything. Because he was certain, the woman would not understand what she was feeling.

"Huft~" Nanny let out a long sigh. He then leaned on the chair with his hands folded neatly in front of his chest.

"So you choose to be quiet without keeping the agreement we have made?"

Again the boy only glanced at him. As if confirming every expression of his face.

Nanny squinted both of her eyes. He started to feel bad because Carver really cared about him. The boy did not even say a word after he asked him to speak.

He's more stubborn than I thought. If it's like this I don't want to be able to be smarter than him.

I have to figure out a way for him to speak the truth to me. But how?

Think Nanny! Don't let it be just because of this situation, you lost and made Master Duke disappointed because I couldn't persuade him to talk.

Nanny fell silent. He tried to think hard so Carver would talk about everything.

After a moment of silence, an idea finally came to his mind. Nanny smiled wryly as soon as the brilliant idea popped into her head all of a sudden.

"Ehem!" Nanny throbs.

"Ah, so you don't want to talk at all? You don't want to keep the deal we've made? How disappointing. I think you are a manly boy and will always keep his word. But it turns out you are nothing more than a lousy kid who is cowardly and completely unbelievable. Quickly, tuan—"

"What did you say?" Carver looked at Nanny with a red face. It was obvious that he was upset by her words just now.

I thought this would work! But I can't be happy just yet. I must get the young master to speak, which means that I have succeeded! thought Nanny. The woman smiled faintly. But he hurriedly changed his expression again to make it seem convincing.

"Why do you look angry? Are not my words true?" Nanny seemed indifferent to her reaction.

"B- How dare you talk to me like that! I'm not what you said! I'm a boy, I'm not a bad boy!"

"I'm not sure. You don't even want to be honest with me. I've been asking you to talk since, but you don't want to talk at all. If you're not a bad boy, then what's his name?"

Carver frowned. Both ends of his eyebrows were raised with a red face filling the entire surface of his white skin. Down there, his hands clenched tightly.

"I'm not a lousy kid!" annoyed screams.

"Thank you for the fact that you're a lousy kid."

"How dare you call me that!"

"You're a lousy kid who doesn't want to be honest and doesn't want to keep promises." Nanny is getting more and more aggressive. Makes Carver even more upset. The boy even nearly stood up hearing every sentence of his tearing.

"Stop calling me that! I'm not lousy?!"

"How can you be so sure that you're not a bad boy? You just don't even want to keep the promises we've made. Isn't that right, lousy young master?" Nanny smiled wryly.

"Stop calling me that! I'll prove that I'm not a lousy kid!"
