The day of his marriage to Zain. Maura had prepared herself as best she could. Act as if he were married out of love, burying deep in his grief and his trauma of the brokenness that had plagued him.

"Dad has to go to the hospital now, emergency. Mama can't have breakfast here, you can't papa right?" ask Rain.

Maura nodded, "Yes ma."

"Father will say goodbye to your father and mother, if there is free time, go home with Zain." again and again Maura nodded, Radit and Rain then hugged her daughter and immediately said goodbye to Shaka and Kenia.

Maura's face grew grim, though still smiling in front of her in-laws.

"Nora same Devano where ma? Kok has not come down." asked Zain, when they had breakfast, and did not find Nora Devano there.

"Zain's custom, they're also whehe's newlyweds, anyways you're newlyweds when dawn comes!" seloroh Kenia's.

"Ohuk!" Maura choked, making Zain hurriedly thrust out the drinking water without a word.

"Thank you" he said.

"You newlyweds are still stiff, timid ya." teased Shaka who saw the interaction of Zain and Maura who looks clumsy.

"What the hell pa, I'm going to the room first." Zain got up, while Maura still stayed in place.

"Patience, dear, your mother's child is rich as she is" said Kenia softly, Maura nodded. Finished eating she intended to go back to the room to see what her husband was doing.

"Sister." Calling him slowly, apparently Zain was sitting on the sofa while scrolling the phone screen, making Maura urung melt the atmosphere. He grabbed a change of clothes, and went into the bathroom to clean himself. Because once he woke up he just washed his face and immediately struggled in the kitchen to help his mother-in-law.

Zain let out a rough sigh while staring at Maura's missing back, there was a sense of guilt of having ignored the girl. Is my attitude too outrageous? Inner wonders.
