29. The killer part 1

The graduation exam finally arrived. Karin set out as early as possible to avoid the possibility that she did not want. Once in class, the girl even took the time to study. She thanked Guanlin inwardly because the special trick the man gave her helped her to do the counting lesson.

*Daniel, 13, presses Guanlin's bell for taking her friend to a playground that opened a few days ago. Without him knowing that the man had actually gone first with Airish.

Daniel went up to the 2nd floor, because he thought Guanlin might still be sleeping. After all, he was brave because usually Guanlin's parents were rarely at home. He checked Guanlin's room which was closest to the stairs, but nil. He found no one there. Daniel intended but did not so because he felt there was something in the room at the corner of the room that directly led to the outside window.

The big tall man was strangling the woman he guessed was his mother's age, until she thrashed. Daniel was shaking so much. Especially when he saw the woman no longer moving. Daniel saw that the bow gun arrow had been tied with a rope.2 times the man did it. Daniel doesn't know what he's doing either. It was frozen in a statue.

The man returned to the room and carried the body of the woman he had killed, then was busy doing something that confused Daniel. Then he dropped the corpse down slowly. Daniel doesn't know how the woman's body is out there. All he knows is that it's raining pretty heavy snow outside.

The man was done with the action, and he did something that made the rope back into place. The bewildered Daniel was still standing at the spot where he was peeping. Now the man approached his mother and lifted her to the bed, then covered her mother.

But the man realized that someone was running down the stairs. He quickly ran out of the room and found a boy running out of his house. Unfortunately, he slipped on the stairs and lost track of the boy.

While little Daniel who felt fear was extraordinary, did not think 2 times when he had to jump into a slow-moving freight car. There he calmed down. Trying to shake off the thought that the man recognized her.

When he felt far enough away, he jumped back from the car. He was sure the man would not recognize him. He was wearing a thick coat. Her hair is pretty thick at the moment. Daniel didn't even think much when he saw the haircut and shaved his hair thin. Whatever he's going to do, as long as the man doesn't recognize him.

One thing that to this day always makes him traumatized when he sees people asphyxiated or injured, he realizes that the woman is the mother of his friend, Guanlin. And that big tall man is Guanlin's real father, Lai Hyun Bin*.

Guanlin felt very weak. Even his feet could not hold his weight until the man fell down on the grass. Her tears fell down, along with her heart that felt pierced.

He became increasingly aware, why his father always forbade him to read detective comics. Even his father was angry because he bought a lot of comics because of discounts so he burned everything in the backyard. Why would papa do that? Obviously, because the trick he used came from a comic scene. Guanlin was 1000% sure because she had just read it in class this afternoon. Exact same!

But, this all sounds impossible! How could the papa he was so proud of kill his own biological mother. The man always said he married again because he loved himself and his mother very much. He even thought that his mother's killer was Kim Taeyeon. Daniel's mother. No, Daniel must have lied to protect his mother!

"Tell me if you lie to me again!" The impact won't take. Daniel chirped, "What's in it for me if I'm lying?"

Taeyeon coughing.

"Don't you tell me it was suicide, Guanlin! That's why you don't read detective comics!" Papa Guanlin, Hyun Bin instantly interrupted in an angry tone.
