"Darling, what's wrong with you?" ask Irwansyah.

"It looks like I have diarrhea because since yesterday defecating continues," Rela replied limply.

"I don't eat anything weird. Yesterday the food I ate was the same as the one you ate. From breakfast to dinner, we all eat the same menu, "Rela replied in a soft voice.

"Yes. Mama also only eats cooked food at home," continued Mama Fatonah.

Rela has more than 20 times entered the bathroom just to defecate. Fortunately the doctor directly handles so as not to endanger the life of the baby in the womb and himself.

Then, Irwansyah also brought Rela to the bathroom. Rela also returned to shitting which drained the fluid in his body.

Although the nurse has given the medicine and intravenous fluids back. Sometimes Rela still often go home to the bathroom. The same thing happened to Mama Fatonah.

"Sir, we'd better take Ms. Rela and Oma Fatonah to the hospital" the nurse said at dawn.

"Why did this happen, Doc?" ask Irwansyah curiously.

"What do they eat at home?" asked the Doctor with a full glance at Irwansyah.

"They eat porridge," answered Irwansyah honestly.

"They drink water" bales Irwansyah.

The doctor felt there was nothing strange about the food and drinks consumed by Rela and Mama Fatonah. Even both foods do not harm the health of both. Knowing this made him think back, if in food it must have been mixed by something.

"You better check the food and drinks consumed by your wife and mother. Who knows if something is mixed in it" the doctor said with great caution fear of offending Irwansyah.

"It is not unusual that food and drink can be mixed with laxatives. Because such a drug is easily available in pharmacies," the doctor replied.

"Do you mean, did anyone intentionally give laxatives to Rela and Mama Fatonah?" Irwansyah was astonished not to believe that anyone would dare to do such a thing in her home against her own family.

"I don't want to be prejudiced against others. But, try to check the food and drinks they have consumed. Because this is a disgraceful act and endangers the lives of others. Moreover, Rela's mother is currently pregnant," said the doctor suspected.
