Chapter 41

Irwansyah was standing at the door of the room, she looked very angry. With wide steps he also pulled the suitcase of clothes that had been prepared by his mother.

"Nobody can leave this house!" irwansyah said firmly.

"As far as you! Mama wants to leave this house because she does not want to live with people who have harmed her mother" replied Mama Fathonah.

"Why is Mama so stubborn. I told you that it was not Azizah's doing," said Irwansyah as she looked at her mother.

Mama Fathonah who opposed looking back at her son could only reply by saying, "Don't mind me anymore. Let's just say your mother died of diarrhea."

"Mama!" irwansyah snapped with an angry expression.

Mama Fatonah just smiled cynically, then she left Irwansyah and Rela just like that. When Irwansyah was going to pursue her mother, Rela held her husband's hand.

"Don't make mama even more angry" said Rela.

"I don't like what Mom did just now. Why does he always behave like that towards Azizah?" ask Irwansyah with lyrics.

"Mama also loves Azizah. It's just that maybe today's incident made her shock," Rela replied as she rubbed Irwansyah's left chest, trying to calm her husband down.

Behind the open door was Azizah who stood. She heard everything her husband and father-in-law said. He really did not expect that the incident would be this severe.

Azizah tidied some of her clothes into the suitcase with tears. He's decided that he's the one who's gonna get out of this house.

After he finished cleaning all the items that will be brought. Azizah went to her mother-in-law to say goodbye.

"I'm going to leave this house. For a while I will be staying with my parents" Azizah said with a balloon as she stood next to Mama Fathonah.

"You better stay here, let Mama go" replied Mama Fathonah without looking at Azizah.

"No. Let me go, after all I will occupy the house that is being prepared by Bang Irwan," Azizah said while bowing her head.

Azizah's heart was very painful, she felt her chest brake_at very strongly. His chest felt tight and tears rolled down his smooth cheeks.

After saying goodbye to his mother-in-law, Azizah now bids farewell to his elder brother. As he stood in front of the door of Rela's room, the voice of his first husband and wife was speaking.

"Abang should be able to act decisively at this time. Don't make your mom hurt her heart any more. Remember Bang, hurting a mother's heart is huge usually. It was not that the boy's paradise was on his mother. Then why did you even make your mom feel sad and hurt?" 

"I don't want any misunderstandings between you. I don't want any of you to leave this house."

"Wouldn't Azizah soon be occupying your new home? Will you always be with him?"

Azizah who was behind the door lowered her hand that was about to knock. However, a few moments later he ventured to knock on the door.

Hearing the door of the room on tap, Rela also opened the door. It was seen that his younger brother was standing staring at him. Dela smiled at him.

"What's wrong?" ask Rela.

"I will go to my parents' house and will stay there for how long until the house is finished" Azizah replied quietly and settled down towards her elder sister.

Irwansyah standing behind Rela immediately reacted. He said, "I hope that you will stay here until the house is finished."

"No Bang, I'm going to get out of this house anyway. This way everything will calm down."

Irwansyah actually disagreed with Azizah's wishes. However, on the other hand, his mother threatened to leave the house with Rela and their two children.

"Then let your brother take you to the house of your father and mother. Brother will also tell your parents that you will stay with them until the house is finished."

Finally Irwansyah made this decision even with a heavy heart. However, there must be something that he sacrificed one of them in order to maintain the integrity of the household and their relationships.

"Good, Bang. Maybe that way my parents will understand" Azizah replied with a faint smile.

Rela who stood there felt bad for Azizah. He felt that Azizah had been driven away because of him.

Irwansyah also stared at Rela. His wife nodded her head when she agreed with Azizah.

"Then Abang pamit first wanted to deliver Azizah to her parents' house."

"Be careful on the road, Bang. What's more this time will soon be maghrib.

Irwansyah went with Azizah to her father-in-law's house. When they left the house, there were some neighbors who saw Irwansyah put Azizah's suitcase into the car. Then, they were whispering what happened to Irwansyah's domestic life.

On the way to Mr. Maulana's house, Irwansyah apologized to Azizah. Because it was him that he had to sacrifice.

"We all want a peaceful, peaceful, and happy life. Maybe with this we can all feel it. I never hated Mama Fathonah or Mama Rela. Instead I feel happy to be able to stay with them," Azizah's lyrics held back sobs.

Irwansyah and Azizah had reached the house of Mr. Maulana. Their arrival was initially greeted with happiness. However, after Irwansyah recounted the incident that happened in his house earlier, making Mr. Maulana and Ms. Rosyidah feel sad.

"But you believe Azizah would never do such a thing to your wife and mother?" asked Mr. Maulana to Irwansyah.

"I believe in Azizah. He is the one who knows what good deeds are and what bad deeds are" Irwansyah replied while holding Azizah's hand.

"Thank God then. If you do not trust Azizah, then we will be very hurt and will take back our daughter" said Mr. Maulana.
