S2. Preparation
Naura came back to Alta's residence because she wanted to talk to the man about what she had heard earlier in the hospital.
Moreover, Naura saw clearly how Alta looked very disappointed when talking to a woman who was known named Amanda.
"Naura.." called Alta when she found out that the woman she had just applied for was at her doorstep.
"Gege crying?" naura asked when she saw Alta's eyes wet as if she had just cried.
Without waiting for long, Alta immediately hugged Naura. He hugged the woman who made him so comfortable.
Her tears also flowed back without her noticing.
"Gege..."
"Why is the world so cruel to me Naura? I've been trying to forget her and I've forgotten her because of your presence Naura. But he came back and asked me why I changed." Naura let go of her embrace towards Alta and carried the man onto the sofa.
They sat together to talk about what really happened. Both of them had sat together on the sofa to make Naura wipe away Alta's tears so that the man no longer felt sad with her.
"I was-"
"Meet Amanda?" cut Naura.
He knew that Alta was gonna talk about Amanda.
"I swear I didn't talk to him. I only talked about what I wanted to talk to him about for 7 years. If I change it's all because of him. He made me like this Naura, he made me feel such tremendous pain towards her" Alta said clearly.
Naura continued to rub Alta's hair to make the man so comfortable to sleep on Naura's lap.
"What will I cook for him? he just said not to put the beans on his dinner table and for that I have to cook before Gege wakes up." Naura started looking for what she could cook for Alta.
In Alta's refrigerator, Naura found only eggs, mustard and shrimp in it.
So with that ingredient Naura will cook for Alta and hope that the man has not woken up before he is done.
While Naura was busy cooking, she suddenly heard the doorbell of Alta's apartment making her turn off the stove and see who was coming.
" Al.." said Amanda when the apartment door opened.
How shocked Amanda was to see who opened the door to this apartment.
"Who's looking?" naura asked even though she knew Amanda was looking for Alta but she still pretended not to recognize her.
Amanda herself stared at Naura's messy and sweaty appearance. Instantly his mind was fixed on the thing that should not be thought of by him at this time.
"Sorry, who are you looking for?" naura asked again when she saw Amanda who was silent and did not answer.
"Alta. I'm looking for Alta." said Amanda.
He wanted to meet the man and apologize to him.
"Gege was sleeping so I prepared some food for him. Gege fell asleep on my lap so-"
"Oh, okay. Sorry, I have to go. Give her my regards and tell her I'm Amanda. I wanted to apologize to him for what I did to him. Excuse me." said Amanda to Naura who was still standing in front of Alta's apartment door.
