The lost masterpiece
Flower tells her what happened when Emila came to him and made baseless accusations against him. Flower tells it in detail with nothing left behind and does not exaggerate the story. Not to forget Flower also told me if he slapped Emila because he was upset with the woman's accusation to him.
"What, you slapped him?" Malik was surprised. Not because he was surprised that his ex-lover was getting bad treatment from his wife but felt surprised that Flower could do that to Emila.
"Yes. I don't like it because he accuses me of cheap women!" Saying Fiery Flower.
Malik rubbed his wife's back hoping to calm her. When viewed at this time Flower's expression that was telling him is almost exactly like Rachel when she was a child who complained to Gerry about the misbehavior of her friends at school.
"Why? You didn't take it because I slapped your ex-boyfriend?" Flower looked at Malik with squinted eyes.
"It's not like that." Malik answered quickly did not want his wife to think no-no. "I'm just surprised you dared to do it." Answer Malik honestly.
Flower was shaking her lips. "Be careful if you feel sorry for your ex-lover." Flower Say.
Malik of course shook his head. Instead of feeling sorry for his ex-girlfriend, Malik was angry because Emila blatantly insulted his wife by accusing her of being a cheap woman.
"Mallik..." Flower re-clutched Malik's body after being able to release it. "Why was he so bad to me that I never did anything bad to him. I didn't even return his evil words to me but he always accused me of nothing." Flower felt sad when he said that.
"I know that I was the one who made you split up. But it's not all because of my wishes either. From the beginning you knew it wasn't if I didn't want to hold you accountable." Continue Flower later.
"Here you go, don't talk about it anymore. What is happening to us right now is the destiny of God and we must accept it with grace. Besides, my breakup with her wasn't all purely because of you." Malik.
"You mean?" Flower's frown was confused by Malik's words.
Flower speechless. To be honest he was not too hungry because it was enough to enjoy a variety of food with Mom Rania.
"Where do you want to take me to eat?" Ask Flower.
"A restaurant near the company." Answer Malik.
Flower nodded his head. He also chose to wait for Malik who wanted to clear his files first by sitting on the sofa. After five minutes of waiting, Malik finally took Flower out of his office.
"You should remember not to think about it anymore. For that woman, let me finish it later." Malik said softly:
Flower nodded his head. She believes her husband can give her the best. Before coming out of the room, Flower was reminded of his masterpiece this morning. He looked down at Malik's neck and was puzzled at not seeing the red marks again on Malik's neck.
Malik who was unconsciously stared at by Flower just kept silent while opening the door of his study.
"Malik, wait." Flower stopped Malik who had just walked out of his study.
