Chapter 29 - Surprise for Maura

Daniash stared at the girl's departure with a messy heart, yes he drove Maura to campus one last time, because later tonight he would not be able to get out of the house that felt like a prison for his girl.

Even after his girl's back had disappeared behind the gate, Daniash reluctantly moved from his place, his eyes constantly staring straight at the gate that was already almost closed. 

It's hard to let the girl go home, when it's to her own home. There will certainly be less when Maura is not with him, just imagine Daniash already feels lonely.

Earlier this morning, they repeated a hot romance in bed as a sign of separation. There are not two hours, even he is still on the campus where his girl in education, he already feels homesick. 

If only there were no important meetings in the office, Daniash would have chosen to stand there all day waiting for his beautiful girl to finish her class. But, I don't know how many times Aryo contacted her. 

The man immediately got into his car, then drove him at high speed towards the company. 

Elsewhere, someone was staring at his laptop screen with a sharp gaze, his hands clenched on the table. 

What he wondered was why he had been blindfolded with all this? Obviously, that fact is in front of him.

"Why can I turn a blind eye to all this? Oh, my God, what have I done!" The man pulled his hair in frustration, he regretted having done so rashly. 

Today, he saw for himself what such a proud woman was doing before everyone. Now he regretted all his decisions, especially regretting that he had sacrificed his son's happiness for his selfishness. 

"It turns out she's nothing more than a disgusting woman!" Rutuk. Today he saw for himself with his eyes what the woman was doing. Thanks to the detectives and the men he hired, but not in vain he paid for it at a high price, his work is very good and neat, satisfying.

In the afternoon, Elgar and Amira came. The two smiled as they saw their daughter already standing up to welcome their arrival at the main door. 

"Mama, papa.." the girl screamed and ran, hugging Amira tightly. 

"Mama, Maura misses mom." 

"Mama too, baby." Amira stroked her daughter's straight hair gently, kissing her daughter's forehead affectionately. 

"You don't miss papa, Ra?" Ask Elgar. 

"Papa's parents too." Maura hugged the father tightly. Just like Amira did, Elgar also did the same thing, gently stroking the hair of his favorite girl also kissed Maura's forehead. 

"Where to Maura, pah?" 

"You're this, you're a gift problem." Said Elgar while pinching his daughter's nose in a frenzy.

"Hehe, come on in. Maura can't wait to tell the same story mom, papa." Maura pulls the mother into the mansion, while Elgar just shakes his head in wonder at the behavior of his daughter.

Maura sat down with her mother, the girl did not change at all, remained a spoiled little princess to her mother, only to her mother. Maura did not dare to indulge in the papa, because his papa was too flat for Maura. 

"How was your college, honey?"

"Currently, Ma." Answer Maura. 

"Mama's girl is big, has she got a boyfriend yet?" Asked Amira with a teasing smile.

"No boyfriends, if there are men who want to deketin Maura, have to face first with papa!" Elgar's firmness made Maura roll her eyes off guard.

"This father is possessive, free Maura dong Pa." 

"No, Maura's our only daughter." 

"Papa mah that, nyebelin." Maura ketus. The restraint and super possessiveness of an Elgar begins again, as his Maura would have difficulty being able to meet Daniash. 

"Geez, Maura's not in the mood. Don't you forget what day it is today?" Maura asked, her eyes staring intently at the Papa. It is usually Elgar who often forgets his own birthday. 

"Of course not, baby." Answer Amira.

"What day is it? It's Saturday, right?" 

"Papa's custom, Maura's birthday is today!" Upset Maura while pursing her lips so upset.

"Sorry, I didn't forget. Happy birthday, papa's daughter, it's been great yes, here hug." 

"Tumben didn't forget, pa?" Maura asked to insinuate the papa. 

"Mama who took a flight."

"That's right, uhhh nyebelin." Maura forcibly took off her papa embrace, then went into the room with a coxed heart. It's always like this, not his made in surprise or some kind of, like most people, ehhh birthday his own child must be in the first ingetin new inget.

Amira shook her head, while Elgar just relaxed her shoulders indifferently. Her daughter is currently in puberty.

"We'll just take a break Ma, papa's tired."

"Lho, is Maura not persuaded first?" Ask Amira.

"No, I'll blow it out myself later." Elgar replied indifferently, Amira exhaled her coarse breath but still followed her husband into the room. His body felt tired after a long journey.

In the room, Maura broke down her body. There is nothing special about the return of his parents, there is only a sense of annoyance, resentment, and disappointment. Papa remains unchanged, possessive and often forgets his special day, the birthday of his own son, even though the moment only happens once a year.

"Daddy, miss.." murmured Maura, her tears suddenly dripped. Their few days together made Maura very comfortable with the grown man. Although their age was quite far away, Maura did not bother about it if she was really serious.

Maura's phone rang, the girl grabbed her phone lazily, but after finding out who contacted her, her eyes immediately brightened. 

'Hallo, Bby. What are you doing, baby?' Daniash asked across the phone.

"Just sleep, Dad." Maura answered enthusiastically.

'Lho, why don't you talk to your parents? They've arrived, haven't they, baby?'

'Ohh so, all right.'

"Maura miss Daddy, want to sleep in Daddy's arms again." Maura's words whined spoiled, making Daniash chuckle.

'Daddy misses you too, baby. Want to hug you again, we can meet in hiding, right?'

"Can Dad, Maura find her way later. Daddy didn't forget, did he?" 

'No dear, happy birthday dear Maura. His prayers have been said in my heart.'  Daniash.

"Thank you Daddy, I'm getting absent from Daddy." 

'Daddy kangen our village, bby.'

"Ihhhh kok bahuum dad." 

'Video call yuk?' 

"By Dad." Daniash turns the voice call into video call mode, where Maura can see that Daniash is sitting on the balcony as usual, with a black bathrobe that he is wearing. 

'Honey..' Call Daniash when you see Maura is silent.

"Dad, can you back down?"

'Why Bby?' Daniash asked with a frown in astonishment.

"Daddy's handsome misses." 

'Oh my goodness, you're a spinster too.' Daniash chuckles at the girl's chatter. 

"Hehe, gapapa dong. Maura is just the same as Daddy." 

'Get out baby, Daddy wants to see you.'

"H-ah, you mean Daddy? Where is Daddy?" Maura asked in panic.

'Just get out baby, get out of the balcony.' 

Maura was curious, she got up from her fall and opened the curtains that covered between the room and the balcony. Maura opened the door made of glass, then stood in the middle of her balcony room. 

The girl was wobbly, where was her Daddy? Why does he know where his room is, where does he know that his room has a balcony?

'Looking for what, baby?' 

"Where's daddy?" Ask Maura.

'At home, why baby?'

"I know that, why tell me to come out? It's cold outside Daddy!" Upset Maura. 

'You should wear pajamas, baby, why wear tight tangtops and hotpants?' 

Again Maura was surprised, where did Daniash know that he was wearing the clothes?

"Don't play Maura, Daddy where?" Ask Maura. 

'Did you see someone standing on the balcony? Right in front of your balcony.' 

Maura looked for her, her two eyes bought when she managed to find someone standing watching her. 

"Daddy.."

'Yes baby?'

"Why is Daddy there?"

'Daddy stay at this hotel, so you can accompany you.' replied Daniash who made Maura's eyes glazed over. He was happy because Daniash was willing to do anything for him.

"Thank you Daddy."

'Anything for you, babe. Don't cry, it's a special day for you, want a surprise?'

"Mau Dad, that's it. Even though Daddy's presence alone has surprised me, then what kind of surprise is Dad?" Maura asked as she wiped the tears that were welling up in her eye patch.

Daniash smiled then stopped his finger, a second later fireworks shot into the sky, a very beautiful fireworks show coloring the sky made Maura scream so happy. 

But what made Maura more moved was that, when all the fireworks had exploded, the twinkles of light formed an inscription that made Maura's tears shed already. 

The girl opened the camera and captured the moment as best she could, this is a very good opportunity. 

'You like it, baby?'

"Very well, Maura loves Daddy. Thanks." 

Maura was still staring at the writing above the sky with the words 'Happy Birthday my beloved girl, ' short but able to make Maura's tears drip. 

This is the most memorable birthday, Daniash is able to change his loneliness. Like his choice to be a sugar baby for adult men it is indeed very appropriate.
