Cahpter 48 - Surprise For Maura

After finishing her classes, Maura and Nayna went to the hospital as per their agreement earlier this morning. Maura chose the edge of the blouse she was wearing, currently both of them were waiting in line at the waiting chair. 

"Casual, just a regular check. Don't be nervous, get the baby." Nayna said, making Maura turn her head. Lucky for her she has a best friend like Nayna, she is always there whenever she needs. Although he often grumbled, because his name was often the reason Maura to be able to get out with his Daddy. 

"Fear, Nay." 

"The doctor didn't bite, just a regular check-up." 

"Hufftt, okay. See no? My hands are drying gini, suddenly this waiting room feels very hot." Maura's words made Nayna chuckle, there's only this friend of hers. But make no mistake, the mood of pregnant women is always right, remember that.

"Miss Maura Princess, please come in." 

"Yes, Nay?"

"Yes, I'm going to go wherever bestie goes." Nayna replied, both of them entered the examination room. Where there was a female doctor and some nurses who were staring at them with difficult gazes. 

"Miss Maura?"

"Yes, I'm doc." Maura answered, then sat down on the chair facing the doctor's desk.

"See very young, how many years?"

"D-two one, doc." Reply Maura stammered. Again, his nervousness hit again. 

"How many months are you pregnant?"

"I don't know, doc." Maura answered making the doctor look up and looked at Maura with a look of wonder. 

"All right, let's check it out first." 

"Yes doc." 

"Sus, please help." One nurse swiftly helped Maura lie in the gurney.

"Sorry Miss."

"Yes, it's okay, sus." Maura replied, she let the nurse pull over a little of her clothes, then applied a gel that felt very cold.

"Aasshhhhhh.."

"Cold miss? Sorry to surprise you." 

"What's wrong, sus." 

The doctor stood up and took out a small object and placed it on Maura's stomach in a gentle circular motion.

"Miss can see it, this is your uterine sac." Appoint the doctor on a large enough circle. 

"And this, she's Miss' fetus." Point it again on the screen that shows a large circle with a small circle.

"Miss knows, she's Miss's twin." 

Maura was gaping, she was so shocked that she didn't realize her mouth was open. Nayna helps her best friend shut her mouth, otherwise Maura can rub it off later. 

"Twins doc?"

"Yes, there are two fetuses here." 

"If the age of the womb, how many weeks has doc?" Nayna asked, as Maura looked still in shock with her doctor's remarks. 

"12 Weeks more, 3 months more. But this is a new estimate, it can be precise, or miss." 

"Yes doc." 

After finishing, Maura got off the gurney with the nurse helping her. 

"Miss' pregnancy is quite vulnerable, because this is a twin pregnancy, especially the age of Miss Maura who is still relatively young to conceive. But, such things are common, so it doesn't matter."

"Miss can make preventive efforts, do not move too tired, think heavy, it will greatly affect the development of the fetus, miss." 

"Eat a nutritious diet, vegetables, meat, fish, fruit, milk." The doctor's advice, both of them listen carefully. 

"Nice doc."

"I will only prescribe vitamins, please redeem in the pharmaceutical section." 

"Okay, doctor, thank you." Nayna and Maura came out of the doctor's room, Nayna was in charge of taking vitamins in the pharmacy, because she could not bear to see Maura who already looked pale.

"Outside of my expectations anyway, I think Lo is pregnant, eehh turns out twins. Take good care of me, put me on." 

"Surely, thank you for letting me go anywhere, Nay." 

"Casual time, same as anyone. Now I'm anterin Lo back yeah, don't forget his vitamins in regular drinking." Nayna's sweat, making Maura chuckle and then give her thumbs up.

Almost the same situation happened in the next town, after several days of being blocked by distance, finally today Daniash can smile because his work has been completed, he took a night flight without informing the girl. 

Her plan, tomorrow morning she will give a surprise to the girl by coming to her campus without telling her first. 

Daniash was smiling to himself, he imagined Maura's adorable face. It can be ascertained that the girl will whine spoiled, and that's when she will incarnate like a real man who calms her girl. 

'Wait for Daddy in a minute, Bby.' Inner Daniash, he can't wait to meet the girl.

"Good night, sir."

"Night, I'm tired. Want to go home, take me to the apartment. Take Aryo to her apartment, too." 

"Good sir." A large tall man opened the door for the master. 

"Remember, don't let my return leak and my plan fails, Ar." Daniash's sweat on Aryo before the two of her go in different cars.

"Okay sir, I understand." 

"Good, go home and rest. You can take a day off tomorrow," 

"Thank you sir, excuse me." Daniash nodded, they left in their own cars, escorted by Daniash's confidant. 

"Sir.."

"Hmmm, why?"

"Today, Miss went to the hospital." He said, making Daniash's forehead wrinkled. Is the girl sick? But why didn't he tell me, usually the girl would complain to him like that time. 

"Hospital? Wh-wh-what for? Is my girl sick, Rey?" 

"We followed Miss Maura and her friends, but we lost track of them." Obviously the man named Rey, whom Daniash assigned to monitor the state of Maura during her stay. Not to rule out the possibility, there are still people who want to harm her girl when they know she is not nearby. 

"How can you lose track huh?"

"Sorry sir, but what's not certain is that Miss Maura went into the gynecologist's office, that's what we suspect." 

"Our obstetrician, who is pregnant? Nayna or Maura?"

"I don't know, sir." Rey replied slowly, making Daniash several times swearing, because the information provided by Rey is less accurate, making her think. 

"Ckk, motherfucker. You should know, Rey. I paid you dearly, but your work is not real!" Daniash is angry, he kicks Rey's chair, but the man does not respond to the boss' anger. 

Daniash threw his tired body on the bed, his body feeling very heavy at the moment. Not to mention the many assumptions in her brain about what Rey said earlier, who is likely to get pregnant? 

"Did Aryo and his girl ever do that? If from the looks of her like not yet, then why did they go to the obstetrician? Is Maura pregnant?" 

Such thoughts keep coming, making him sleepy and finally fall asleep. The man was so tired he forgot to open his shoes. 

The next day, Daniash prepares with his casual clothes, as he is about to take his girl somewhere. A long-sleeved shirt with an outstretched motif, black jeans, sneakers and hair that he neatly combed back. 

"Bell as well, Maura's pantes are klepek-clamps." Daniash muttered while chuckling. 

Once enough, the handsome, mature man left the apartment, and making sure no one was following him, he also installed double security on the door of his apartment, worried that someone might sneak in. 

Daniash drove his vehicle at a moderate pace, not forgetting he bought a bouquet of flowers for his girl, tulips pink became his choice this time. Why not red? In the store it is not available because of its expensive price. 

The man continued to curl his smile, impatient to meet the girl. 

After a few minutes of driving, he finally arrived at the gate of the university that he chose his girl for his place to study. A lot of students pass by, because it's lunchtime. 

Daniash calls his girl, to come to the gate. It didn't take long, Daniash saw the girl walking around in a daze, he didn't recognize the car either, because today Daniash is using a different car. 

The man got out of the car, made it the center of attention. He smiled and waved his hand at the girl. 

Maura ran over with a smile that did not fade from her pretty face, Daniash prepared himself by stretching out his hands, welcoming Maura who immediately embraced him when their distance was very close. 

"Daddy, why don't you go home with Maura first?" His whining spoiled, making Daniash chuckle.

"Surprise, Baby." 

"Daddy bummer, how long is there anyway?"

"How else, baby. Daddy's work piles up, you're done with class?" 

"There's only one class today, Dad." Maura replied, still hugging Daddy. 

"This is for you, my beautiful girl." 

"Wahh, thanks Daddy. It's so pretty, the flowers,"

"Do you like it, baby?" Daniash asked, the girl nodded quickly. 

"Like, really like. Thank you Daddy, muachh." The girl kissed Daddy's cheek briefly. 

"We go yuk? Daddy misses you, Bby." 

"Okey Dad, Maura is also missing Daddy." Maura immediately agreed, she also missed the Daddy, especially his embrace. Daniash opened the car door for the girl first, after making sure she was sitting comfortably, then Daniash also entered.
