Geck.. Geck..
The sound of a knock on the bathroom door made Jamie jump in shock.
"Ehem, can we talk?"
Jamie quickly put his clothes back on. A few minutes later, he came out of the bathroom.
The foreign man with a disheveled face, shrinking his appearance was already standing in front of the bathroom door.
"We have to speak well with an open mind" the man told Jamie.
Jamie looked at the man's serious expression. The smell of alcohol is still clear from the man's body. His eyeballs looked reddish, just like rotten fish eyes.
"Well, but, can you back off a little?" ask Jamie.
The man stepped back, Jamie darting quickly away from the man. Once they felt their position was quite safe, Jamie stopped in his position.
They stared at each other, with their eyes locked on each other.
"I think there was a misunderstanding between the two of us last night."
The man's tone still sounded arrogant.
"Misunderstanding?" ask Jamie.
"Yes, I think it's more appropriate to call it a misunderstanding. You and I don't know each other, and I'm mistaken because I'm under the influence of alcohol" the man replied.
"W-what, misrecognize?" Jamie huffed.
"Yes, the truth is like that. The moment I entered this room, the condition of the room was completely dark so that, well, the next thing that should happen had happened," the man replied lightly.
"Hmm, so yeah. But I think what you did to me was definitely a crime! You've done immoral acts against me!" Jamie exploded, venting his emotions.
"What?! Asusila act?!" The man was flabbergasted.
The man's expression hardened to Jamie's accusation.
"Hey, don't-don't you and your gang deliberately set me up!"
The man folded his hands in front of his chest.
"What?! I set you up?!" Jamie rolled his eyeballs.
"God! How many times do I have to tell you that I don't even know you at all! What did I set you up for?! In that case, the one who is really at a great disadvantage is me!"
"You've done the thing that hurt me the most!" Jamie pointed towards the stranger who was so arrogant.
"Please don't turn the facts around! Tell me, who sent you? Shall I pay ten times that you confess?" ask the man.
"Oh my goodness! Are you really still drunk?"
Jamie looked skeptically at the man. A seemingly foreign man who remains adamant accuses Jamie of framing him.
"I'm not drunk even though I still feel a little dizzy at the moment" the man replied lightly.
Jamie breathed heavily. He really did not know, what kind of creature he was currently facing.
"Look, instead of accusing each other like this, what if we assume nothing has ever happened between us? After all we don't know each other and we don't have any relationship" said the man still in a light tone.
"What?!" Jamie is back.
"Yes! Think of it like choosing a cancel command! You canceled everything and assumed nothing ever happened!" said the man again.
"God! Just be right! After what you've done to me, then you're asking to negate all that!"
"It looks like I really should report you to the police! I really can't accept any of this!" jamie's toilet.
"Haha! Apparently my guess is true! You set me up!" the man laughed.
Jamie was once again grumbling, as if he had been dealing with a madman.
"I'll make sure that you and your gang are punished severely! You set me up on purpose by making me fuck you, didn't you?!"
"Oh God! Why are you making things up like that?!" furious Jamie.
Tears filled Jamie's eyes again.
"You don't have to make a show like that! Save your tears! I won't be affected even if you cry blood!" the man chuckled.
Jamie quickly wiped her tears.
"Yes, you're right! I never meant to see you!" tell that guy again.
Jamie actually felt his blood boiling with the man's arrogant attitude.
Jamie immediately rushed out of the room, leaving behind a crazy man who was completely ignorant of himself.
"Oh God! What a dream I had last night! Why is my fate so bad!" inner Jamie.
...*****...
Jamie limped off to the nearest bus stop. He walked under a dark gray cloud without a shoe. Jamie was in such a hurry to leave behind a man who really couldn't get Jamie to speak up.
Jamie stops at a nearby bus stop, confused as to what to do. With no money, no cell phone, he doesn't know how to call Julie.
"Excuse me, can I borrow your phone?" ask Jamie at the people waiting at the stop.
People were staring skeptically at Jamie who really looked like a madman about to intrude.
Everyone refused subtly, some were in a hurry to enter the bus which stopped waiting for passengers.
As soon as the bus door closed, Jamie could only sigh heavily at the sight of the bus moving away leaving the stop.
"Did I really have to jump like this?" lamented Jamie.
Jamie stared at the pus towards the sky, fine grains of rainwater began to fall.
"Wait!"
A cry from someone made Jamie turn towards the man who was running through the drizzle. Apparently the man was chasing a bus that was already moving away from the stop.
"Ck!" the man clucked in annoyance as he glanced towards his smart device.
"Anu, excuse me," Jamie said.
The man looked towards Jamie.
"Sorry, sister, can I borrow your phone?" ask Jamie.
The man observes Jamie's appearance from head to toe and returns to Jamie's face.
"I lost my bag, and I had to call my friend for help" Jamie explained.
The man looked at Jamie.
"You take it easy, I can't run with your phone even if it's not raining like this right now" Jamie continued.
"I just need to open my social media account, please, sister," Jamie said.
Without saying much, the man handed his smart phone to Jamie.
"Thank you brother" Jamie greeted with glee.
"Sir, do you have a social media app?" ask Jamie.
"No" the man replied briefly.
"Can I download social media?" ask Jamie.
"I don't think it's a problem" replied the man again.
"Thank you, Brother! I will definitely repay Brother's kindness," Jamie said happily.
Jamie immediately opened his social media account and immediately wrote a direct message for Julie. It's the only way Jamie can contact Julie after losing her bag and its contents.
The man's smart wire rang, Jamie was so shocked and immediately handed it back, even though he was reluctant to return the smart device before getting an answer from Julie.
"Thank you, brother" Jamie said to the man.
The man gave a small nod as he received back his smart device.
"Hello, Jay, what's wrong?" the man answered his phone.
Jamie returns to see the man leave as soon as the next bus arrives at the stop. The man immediately boarded the bus while still talking on the phone.
"Well, what's the fate of my message to Julie? I hope Julie reads it soon."
