EP 03: Becoming a Royal Witch

It has been a few weeks since I went on my first mission in the adventurer guild. Now, I'm looking for another mission. When I reached the adventurer guild the royal guard was already in the adventurer guild, they wanted to invite me to join the royal magician.

"Are you the one named Mr Darius?" ask the guard while coming to me.

"It's right it's me"

"Actually the news about you has been widespread throughout the kingdom. Our arrival here wants to recruit you to be a Royal Hero. S-level adventurers will be recruited to be heroes of the kingdom. But there are some who reject it" said the royal guard.

"so yeah... What advantages and disadvantages did I gain by becoming a royal hero?" ask me.

"The profit you get, you get a lot of money and can become famous. The loss you get, you will be away from your family, you cannot go home, if you die the news of your death will not be widespread even your family will not be told" replied the guard.

"I will accept their invitation. I'll get a lot of money. If I die I have no family here" I said in my heart.

I was taken to the capital. Within 3 days we arrived in the capital. In the capital is very crowded. I was immediately taken to the palace and faced the king.

"Baginda Raja, the adventurer with the ability above the royal magician has arrived" said the guard.

"All right, so you're the one named Darius? do you know my name?" ask the King.

"yes, I'm darius. I don't know your name, Majesty the King" I replied.

"My name is Kurius De Banthum XIV. From now on you will work for the kingdom. Your room will be shown by the royal guard" said the king.

After reporting to the king I was shown my room. It turns out that my room is not far from the palace.

"What's the difference between a Royal Hero and a Royal Guard?" ask me.

"The Royal Guard is in charge of maintaining peace in the city. While the Hero of the Kingdom is in charge of protecting the cities from monster attacks and carrying out very dangerous missions. Ordinary residents can become Royal Guards but ordinary residents can't necessarily become Royal Heroes" the guard replied.

After walking around I rested in my room. The next morning I was called by the royal guard to gather at the palace. I was introduced to my group.

"This is your group. Each Hero of the Kingdom had a group of 5-7 people. Right now your group is 6 people" the guard said.

"You have to determine who is the leader of your group. You also have to determine the name of your group. All right, I'll leave you" said the guard.

The guard left us

Self-introduction starts from the person who first invites introductions. He was a small man but he seemed to be a smart man.

"Party self-introduction starts with me huh. My name is Rally. My magic capacity is 28 thousand. My magic ability is 11 thousand. My armed ability is 2 thousand. I'm an expert in healing magic and other assistive magic" Rally said.

"My name is Klaus. My magic capacity is 12 thousand. My magic ability is 4 thousand. And my armed capacity is 21 thousand. I am an expert in using spears" Klaus said.

"My name is Roland. As you can see my body is large and it is definitely my position as a defense in battle. My magic capacity is 11 thousand. My magic ability is 13 thousand. And my armed ability is 6 thousand. I'm an expert in defense and protective magic" Roland said.

"My name is Angelica. My magic capacity is 10 grand. My magic ability is 3 thousand. And my armed ability is 12 thousand. I'm an expert at using arrows" said Angelica.

"My name is Agustina. My magic capacity is 13 thousand. My magic ability is 4 thousand. My armed ability is 23 thousand. I am an expert in the use of the Sword" said Agustina

And the last one is me. I told my magic capacity and magic ability, they were all shocked.

"My name is Darius. I'm an expert at using magic. My magic capacity is 72 thousand. My magic ability is 47 thousand. And my armed ability is 3 thousand" I said.

"Hey! Sure enough, your abilities are above the strongest magician in the kingdom" Roland said.

"I did hear the rumors turned out that the rumors were indeed true" said Agustina.

"Now we decide on the leader. I support Rally as a leader. Leaders must be able to make decisions quickly and precisely and Rally meets that criteria. What do you think?" say me.

"I agree with you, Darius. I also support Ralky as a leader. The one supporting Rally as the leader raised his hand" ucao Agustina.

Everyone raised their hands. And Rally became a leader of the group. Then we decided on the name of our group.

"Now we have to determine the name of our group. Anybody got a name suggestion?" say rally.

"I have a name suggestion. The name of our group is Strongest Royal Heroes as we will become the strongest Heroes! after all, we have Darius who has the ability over the strongest magician!" Roland said that.

"You're Roland haha. But you have a point too we can definitely be the strongest hero" said Angelica.

"Well this way the name of our group is Strongest Royal Heroes" Rally said.

That way the name of our group was finally formed.
