       "Rey's home....." Rey said as she entered the house. But no one responded to that remark. "Ma, pa, brother?" Call Rey when her feet reach the living room.

       "Son Rey's home yet?" Ask one of the maids at Jay's house. "Eh yes bi. Tumben deserted bi, where are the people?" Reyhan asked the aunty of the maid earlier. "Oh great master and madam had gone out with young master Dion, young master Vino and young master Saga." Answer the aunt. "Go? Where's bi?" Ask Reyhan again. "To my knowledge they went to Mr. Jeffrey's house." Answer bi Minah. "Oh that's bi. Thanks to bi. Rey's going upstairs first." Pamit Rey before running up the stairs to her room.

        "What's the meaning, huh? So quiet there's no temen. Haikal must be family time. Lv? Alone at home." Lirih Reyhan while staring at a glimpse of a happy photo of a family. Her hands clasped tightly onto a little doll for her birthday present when she was five years old. He recalls memories of Jay defending himself and choosing to go against his grandfather's decision.

      I can see how much Jay loves him. But his grandfather never allowed himself to live quietly with his father. There was always a time when the middle-aged man was slandering his own grandson. The goal is only one. He wants to keep Reyhan away from his family especially from his son Jay. And Rey is aware of that. He just kept quiet. After all, that man was his grandfather. Even if he wanted to reveal the truth, it would be useless. No one sided with him when his grandfather blamed him.

      Rey was a little surprised when her phone rang a sign there was an incoming message. He looked slowly. Tania sent it.

        Rey was a little happy when she got the attention of one of her family members. Tania, although the woman is only a stepmother, but Tania's treatment for her is so good as it is for her biological child. Rey loves Tania.  "Let's bi...." Take Rey while walking slowly out of the room.

"Where's Rey going with aunt?" Ask bi Minah.

"To the kitchen...."

"What does Rey want in the kitchen? Later if the big master knows, can be scolded...." Said bi Minah.

"Udah is calm. Papa won't be angry. Anyway Rey to the kitchen just want to help auntie doang. Don't play with knives anymore." Rey replied with a big smile.

"No need to Rey. Aunt can design it herself. Her aunt also fiddled. Just calm down." Said bi Minah while rubbing the soft head Reyhan. Reyhan and bi Minah's relationship can be said to be quite close. Bi Minah was the one who had always been there for her since she was a child.

"Rey....have you slept?" Call Tania when entering Reyhan's room. He saw that the boy had closed his eyes. Not wanting her child's rest time to be interrupted, Tania decides to get out of the room. However, his steps came to a halt when Reyhan called out to him.

"Mrs....?" Lirih Rey slowly.

"Darling...You woke up because of mama huh? Sorry...." Said Tania while gently rubbing the head of the child.

"Neither ma. Rey just woke up about the smell of fries...." Reyhan replied with a sweet smile towards Tania.

"You have a great hobby with French fries. It's in his potato meal. Oh yeah, tomorrow you go to regular kayak school or go to noon, son?" Ask Tania.

"Papa sleeps here...." Said Jay who suddenly entered Reyhan's room.

"P-father....." Lirih Reyhan when he saw Jay stepped closer to him.

"Say he will go to sleep first. How come you haven't slept?" Ask Jay suddenly.

"A-anu i-it's pa t-tadi Rey there is a call of nature.iya call nature middle malem." Rey answered nervously. At the moment he feels very awkward to be around Jay. Since the incident where he was locked up in a barn, Rey has never met Jay again.

"Why are you so nervous?" Ask Jay.

"Not nervous, my dad. Just startled papa suddenly entered Rey's room." Answer Rey.

"Why shocked?" Jay asked as she laid herself down beside Rey.

"Well, you never stopped by Rey's room again." Rey replies with her body beside Jay. Tania is on her right side.

"I'm sorry, son...." Jay said suddenly.

"Why apologize? Papa's not wrong with Reyhan...." Answer Reyhan slowly. He knows the direction of his father's conversation. An event that has not happened long ago.

"Sorry, I have your brackets in that barn." Obviously Jay.

"No papa pa. Rey knows papa loves Rey, cares about Rey's kindness. That's why dad Rey's law when he's wrong." Answer Reyhan slowly.

"But it shouldn't be in that barn, son. I'm sorry papa, you remembered the incident." Jay.

Flashbacks

"O-opa wants what?" Little Reyhan asked as suddenly his hand was forcefully pulled by Demian, Jay's father.

"Still dare you answer my words?! You child does not know yourself!!!" Demian yelled at Reyhan who was 6 years old at the time. He pulled out a whip from a large cupboard. He takes Reyhan to a warehouse inside the Adhitama mansion.

"Akh......" Lirih Rey as her body was whipped many times by her grandfather. Not only that, Demian even had time to step on Reyhan's stomach. Pulling the boy's hair and squeezing Reyhan's two shoulders until it bled out. The middle-aged man also hit Reyhan's leg using a firearm he kept.

      Little Rey felt a tremendous pain on her body. He tried to survive but his efforts were in vain when the dark began to attack his vision. The boy's body fell to the floor. His blood came out so much. If you ask me where Jay and the rest of the family are, they're at Kirana's grave, the youngest daughter of Demian Adhitama, Jeffrey's and Jay Adhitama's younger siblings.

       Demian who saw Reyhan lying on the floor helplessly had no intention of helping him. He just left the barn. Fortunately shortly after Demian left the warehouse, bi Minah entered the warehouse to put the used goods. However, she was struck by the body of little Reyhan who was already on the floor helplessly. He called Jay to tell him. Bi Minah enlists the help of Mr. Somat, the Adhitama family's private driver, to take Rey to a nearby hospital. This incident even made Rey in a condition between life and death. The Lord still gave Rey good fortune. The boy was able to open his eyes again after 2 months in a coma in the hospital.
