After Kartika's departure followed her husband to London, it was Amanda's turn to leave the KAYSAN hospital to follow her husband to New Zealand.
This greatly impacts Sindy's grief of losing the best doctor they have. Even so, Farel did not let his wife dissolve in grief because of the loss of two favorite doctors who were also his friends.
The father of three children, now focused on finding candidates for obstetricians and children who meet the criteria desired by his wife Sindy.
