Chapter 6: Poison

Elena stopped eating her lunch when she smelled the pungent aroma of the dish the waiter had prepared for her, like the scent of poison, and it was very strong.

Then Ellena's gaze rolled on the two maids who were preparing lunch. They did not dare to return Ellena's gaze and continued to lower her head, her expression indicating that they were extremely frightened.

"Who of you two prepared this lunch?" Ellena looked at the two alternately.

"Ka...Both of us, Miss. We prepared it together." Answer one of the two servants.

"What have you added to this food?" ask Ellena, curious.

Both shook their heads. "We don't put anything in those foods, miss." Answer both honestly. Because they don't put anything into those foods.

"All right, you can go!!" the two bowed and left the dining room.

Ellena knew something was wrong with the food. The pungent aroma that was emanating from those foods was the scent of poison, it seemed like there was someone who deliberately wanted to poison him. And of course Ellena knew who it was.

"So they want to poison me?! Great also the guts that they both have!!" ellena half muttered.

Ellena clenched her hands, the two of them really need to be taught a lesson. And Ellena knew how to teach both of them, her father and her sister. The woman got up from her chair and sauntered away leaving the dining table.

Before leaving, Ellena asked the waiters to clean up all the food at the dinner table and throw all the food in the trash.

Ellena was very sure that all the food was contaminated with poison, and she did not want to fall victim because of their ignorance.

Ellena will set up a charade to trap master Su and Ella. But the plan will not be able to run smoothly if without the help of others, it will involve several servants to perfect the charade.

Mr. Su and Ella who had just arrived home after going out the streets stared at each other and exchanged glances. They both squinted their eyes and stared questioningly.

Su Hwan lifted Ellena's body and placed it in the back seat. Secretly Ellena recorded the conversation of two garbage men sitting in the front seat.

Is Ellena really dying? So the answer is no, he's just pretending. The car drove off course, no longer a city lane but a deserted path leading to the wilderness.

"Pa, what exactly do you want to do with Ellena? And where are we taking him?" Ask Ella curious.

The two rolled on the asphalt with a facial expression that indicated that they were both in a lot of pain. Ella retreated in her sitting position when she saw Ellena walking over while carrying the bottle she had smashed earlier.

"Ma...What do you want?" Ella looked at Ellena with a questionable face as her sister raised her chin.

"Ohaha..." Ella cried out hysterically as the sharp part of the bottle scratched her face, making a fresh red liquid flow profusely from the elongated wound on her right cheek.

Ella cried while holding her cheek. Mr. Su who did not accept what Ellena did immediately took action. While enduring pain in his left arm and leg. He picked up the stone lying on the ground and took it to Ellena and...

Someone came in just before the stone hit Ellena. The man changed his position and clenched tightly onto Ellena's body, especially the part of her head that she protected with her big palm. Looks like fresh red liquid came out of his forehead that was injured due to hit by the stone.

Suddenly Ellena lifted her head from the arms of her helper. Fresh blood coming from the man's wounds dripped down and hit his face. Ellena's two eyes turned perfectly. "KEVIN!!!"
